Horrible food and horrible customer service. This place took my order, I asked several times for crispy longer cooked fries, I got limp smushy fries. Then after I refused the items because they where not cooked correctly I was denied a refund... How absolutely horrible can these employees be? From my end they are deplorable. Cost of fast food is too high to play around with people and the money they give you. AND GET THIS THEY HAVE A LITTLE STICKER ON THE WINDOW THAT SAYS NO REFUNDS... ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! Do not go save your money you got food at home 💯

Pulled up and waited 5 minutes and no one ever came over the speaker. So I drove around to see if anyone was even in there and the workers where just paying around not paying attention. Place looks like it’s ran by a zoo.

Placed order online. Went in to pick up order. 10 minutes of waiting I got the attention of someone behind counter and they realized they overlooked my order and then started working on order. It happens way too often at KFC in Kingfisher. The order is incorrect most of the time I order food.

The workers are cool and the food is good depending on the day. The sweet tea was straight syrup and super thick. The machines need to be cleaned.
Tried it again today after 10 years of avoiding it, now I remember why. It’s terrible. Even the biscuit was pathetic. Just keep driving. Pick literally anywhere else.

Same problem as most places in Kingfisher sadly. It’s almost antagonistic how they screw up orders and then screw it up again when ya call em out on it. Place has really gone down hill. I wouldn’t open the dining room either. My advice? Eat else where.
