Worst McDonald's of all time. Every single time I go they never get my order right and take forever. Orange juice is never mixed right, the frappe is pathetic and service has always been garbage. Not sure how u mess up McDonald's so bad but kingfisher sure screwed it up.

The worst mcdoanlds you will ever go too. My husband and I know they cannot get anything right. Today he ordered a sausage biscuit with egg and mcdonalds left off his egg. They will act like they can't see you if you are ordering in person. Even if not busy. Truly disappointed. Back in the day they had potential super fast I believe this is a result of poor management.

Most things are fine but the fries are NEVER even remotely fresh. They don’t need to be newly, super fresh, but you can tell they leave the fries in there forever, much longer than 7 minutes.

I get a 30 minute lunch break.. my vehicle is to large to fit through the drive thru so I do curb side pick up order a meal deal small meal nothing large takes 20 minutes to get my food to me and that's only cuz more cars started ordering food curbside also waited 20 minutes of my lunch to try to hurry and eat cold food with only 10 minutes left will never return to this location again needs new manager and employees need to stay off their phones and focus more on the orders they are receiving

Our service was dreadful, had to wait several minutes at the speaker before someone answered, out of all pies, and they put 3 busted sauces in our bag that leaked all over our food and napkins... very disappointing 😞

I was going to give 1 star due to ONE employee by the name of Jacob. He was EXTREMELY RUDE when taking my order at the drive-through, then again at the window, taking my payment. His customer service is a 0/0, and he should not be working with people at all. Why he's not been fired is beyond me because I was informed that he has "anger issues" and has had multiple complaints in the past. I did give stars to the boys serving my food. Their customer service, and "yes ma'am, have a nice evening." smiles and apologies for Jacob was 100% topical notch. My order was warm, tasty and correct. I tried to call McDonald's to make a complaint, of Jacob's customer service, especially in front of my 10 year old son, but I got no answer. Instead, I used his AWFUL DISRESPECTFUL behavior as a learning lesson for my son to how NOT to act. Again, a round of applause to the boys in the serving window. They will go far in life with that type of care, attitude, and respect.
It's McDonald's, food is not good, the service is pretty much always horrible, and the dining room is always dirty. My granddaughter who I took there probably would have the exact opposite review, but she's a deprived 3 year old that doesn't have a phone yet so you get my review. ?
