Excellent place to enjoy your weekend on the water. Great restaurant and lodging. Tracie is the best. Looking forward to the Texoma throwdown next year.

Atmosphere is very relaxed and comfortable. Food was good. Prices are a bit high for portion size and menu. Fireball shots were $11..quite expensive, beet and alcohol expensive.

Debbie Utterback told me a story that she and her adultery partner Thomas Hart did some dock fishing here.

This was my first time camping, I have no complaints except the pad was unlevel so we had to do a lot of adjusting and we had to call about the restroom on the hill as toilets were overflowing. Which the restaurant had better hours

Grew up eating here as a kid on the water. Still very good.

Food here is good. Service can be a struggle. Breakfast is great. The fries and burgers are on point, but venture beyond that part of the lunch menu and look out. Platter portions are small for the price. You'll get a lot more food ordering an $8 burger basket than with the $10 platters. Chicken fry was good, but frozen and kid meal sized.

We rented 3 mobile homes for the weekend for a family event. The properties were all clean. The location is really nice. Rates are reasonable. However, there was a lot of information that would have been beneficial. If we return, we will take baking dishes (I was told that there SHOULD have been one in the unit, so the previous tenant might have taken it which indicates that inventory of the units needs improvement), sink brush or sponge to wash dishes, our own circulating fans (the one in our unit did not work), some way to keep the sunlight out (there's not a curtain in the place so it's REALLY bright; no way to darken the bedroom(s). Information you will need that is NOT in the written communications or on the website: 1) if you arrive after-hours, your keys are supposed to be in the unit. We arrived around 5:30p, and the office was closed. There were not any posted instructions at the office for after-hours arrival. We called; the answering service told us to get the keys from the office at the marina. We have since been told that the keys were in the unit. They were, but our unit door was locked and we could not have gotten them anyway. Upon check-out, you can leave the key(s) in the unit. We didn't know this either. I went to the marina office, waited in line to turn the keys in and was told by the cashier that I needed to leave the keys in the unit, so back to the unit we went. The lock of information created several time-consuming inconveniences. Post-departure, I reported these issues and was met with some animosity). Just sayin'.

Would have given this rating a 5 star if the air conditioner in our trailer house, Unit 4, wouldn’t have froze up on us. 92 degrees inside the house. Little Jon guide, Dale, was extremely good. Great fishing the first day, second day not so good but worked his rear off getting on the fish. Highly recommend. Housing is nothing special but will satisfy a group of fishermen, once A/C worked!

NOT a “resort”. These are 40-year-old mobile homes. Stained carpet throughout, almost see-through towels, stained sheets, rusted shower heads, no wi-fi. Living room couch & kitchen table were nice. This is basically a trailer park within walking distance of water. We rented 2 trailers for 4 nights, but one of them stunk so bad we couldn’t use it (previous renters left fish in fridge, but how did cleaning crew miss this?). We all stayed in one trailer for one night, then left. $200+ a night?! Are you kidding me?! Manager was understanding though, and refunded our money.
