It was really good. The only problem is they overcooked the steak. You don't need to burn steak so it's done. You're in Oklahoma. It can be medium rare or medium. Watch how you cook steak
This place is a long way off the beaten path but if you're there give it a try. Lunch chicken fajitas were delicious and enough to feed two people. Enchiladas were also good as were the tacos. Looks like this place might hop for the lake crowd on the weekends. Great staff who were very attentive and accomading. they offer takeout too.
We eat at Gringos just about every time we come to Buncombe Creek RV. It can be rather noisy but the wait staff has always been friendly and honest and the food has always been good. When my mother orders the steak medium rare, she is told…you can order it how you want but it will more than likely come out over cooked, are you ok with that? You’ve got to love the honesty. Their margaritas come in small, medium and large. The large is huge and full of alcohol, just be ready....
