Food is good, service is good but if you need condiments, even if you ask for them when you ordered and maybe even again when you paid, you better check before you leave. I'll bet they won't be there.

I pulled up to order the guy was not hearing me on the intercom even though I thought it was a woman I really did think it was a woman. The price didn't seem correct me because of what I'm saying on the menu the price was different when I pulled up to the window I asked this person to tell me why it was almost $17 with just a meal and a shake....He immediately got indignant with me. I asked to see a manager he said I am the manager and I don't think I want to serve you then accuse me of cursing at him. I gave him cursing when I left.I mean he should not be talking to a customer the way he was talking to me and threatening me after I drove 10 miles to get food from this place. And I told him anytime I ordered doordash I have a problem with my order that's why I drove all the way out here. He said he can't help what doordash serves. I said you can help when you put the wrong stuff in the right bag. Then when you handed me my milkshake he didn't have the lid on and it spilled all over me..As much eye rolling and negativity as I got from this person he should not be in the public eye let alone a manager. I believe he or she is named Avery.As I said somebody that's so easily offended should not be working with the public. I only wanted to know why my order was so much more than it should have been it should have been $13 not $17....Then he had the nerve to say to me you're lucky I gave you your food this time but it'll never happen again. Yeah I'm going to have to make a phone call to corporate.

Sat for 30 minutes at the sonic in Krebs and never got our food. We ordered some drinks a small ice cream and a large mozzarella sticks. While we sat there cars came and left that were there before us so we rang the buzzer and they forgot our order we sat for awhile longer and I went in and they had forgot our order again! 30 minutes is a lot longer when your kids are crying in the car. Now we’ll see if we get our refund. ?

Dropping my rating due to service slipping. Orders not being done correctly. I normally have good experience with this location but over the past month or so it's slowly going down, which is why I dropped from 5 to 3. If you ask for chili on a burger, putting a drop on it isn't what I paid for. This experience isn't my only time being disappointed just the most recent one.

Service is so slow. They say your food is coming out 10 mins before your food actually comes out. This is not right. If the screen says the foods coming out it should be coming out. While looking threw the window you can see everybody just standing around having a good time instead of actually doing there job.
