Got the adult mac and cheese with chicken, the king salmon, and thr oklahoma toothpicks. Waited for about 10 mins before I got my water refilled. Our food came out and the waitress said something about the oklahoma toothpicks went out with a different order which my wife and I watched that no one got any extra food. The mac and cheese tasted like it was burnt cheese that's been sitting under a heat lamp all day. The 5 very small chicken pieces I got for 2.00 was a joke. And the baked potato came out cold the the cheese wasn't even melting on it. I could of had Applebee's in duncan and tasted better than what I ate tonight. Waited another 10 mins for the lady to come back so I could get our bill and a box for my wife's leftovers. I could understand if they was busy bit that wasn't thr issue. They need to do better in every department. Will not eat here again rather go to the grill on the side

Made reservations. Got in no issues. Ordered some apps, they were literally the highlight of the meal. Herb crusted salmon was over cooked, had way too much herb and seasoning on it. The sauce or bisque the salmon sat in was a bit much, could have definitely used less! The ribeye steak is sadly over priced. The cook was perfect. But to say it lacked flavor would be an understatement. The chicken Alfredo was sub par. From lacking flavor to over cooked chicken to over cooked noodles. My son ordered the catfish and fries, 18.00 was steep. But was hopeful, then when it came out it looked no different than the 14.00 catfish and fries the Apache grill serves.

Chicken fried steak was loaded with fat and cartilage. Made hard for chewing. And the mashed potatoes were swimming in butter and lacked seasoning.

As for service. Mikala started off strong. And as the meal went on her service became worse and worse. Server wasn't around much at our table. But she was around plenty for the group of guys at a table. The manager actually got my wife a refill. The server brought out a spoon and a bread basket, I replied thank you and she never responded. I paid in cash, the server didn't even bring my change. Had the hostess bring it to me.

I should really give the service a 0. But, I unfortunately can't,

And as far as the food goes i feel like they over sauce everything to cover the lack of flavor,

However, with the ingredients they have and the meal selections, they have an amazing opportunity to be one of the best restaurants in town.

Also makes me wish I could go in and show them how to season and cook.

Nice restaurants especially the delicious food, but their services is horrendous bad, especially to get a seat and your food ordered as well.

I stopped in for dinner the other night at this location. I ordered the salmon 🍣 it was really overcooked but did have a good flavor but was drowning in a lukewarm sauce of some kind. Salad was fresh and dressing tasted good. The chicken fried steak was HUGE but not edible it was so tough. The macaroni and cheese wasn’t even warm and looked and tasted as if it was leftover from day prior. The jalapeño appetizer tasted great. The restaurant itself was clean to the eye and decorated more upscale. There was plenty on the menu I was interested in trying surely it was just an off day and service and food isn’t typically like this.

This place has a lot of potential. Unfortunately, it is mismanaged. The food was absolutely disgusting. The drinks were watered down. I ordered the meatloaf. The meatloaf looked like it had been sitting out in a cafeteria for about two months—utterly disgusting. The meatloaf was brought out on a plate, slapped on some mashed potatoes. I could not even eat more than a few bites. They describe the restaurant as sophisticated; it is not. It reminds me of an open food market in Subic Bay when it comes to sanitation. The casino really needs to close the restaurant, or hire a chef who can actually manage it. Gordon Ramsay might be able to save, it who knows.

No names will be mentioned. We went to go have a non-alcoholic drink at the bar. The bartender with super long braided hair assisted us. We ordered 2 drinks total. Both were non-alcoholic. We asked for our bill and the total was $26. Mind you, the most expensive alcoholic beverage on the menu was I believe $8. We asked why the drinks were so expensive considering they were alcohol free. She said, “I still had to take the time to make it and use all the ingredients.” We said we expected the drink to be less expensive because there was no alcohol. She said, no it’s the same price. We paid just to see if she would still intentionally overcharge us. Of course she did. Why? I do not know. We involved the manager which spoke with her and then said “I don’t know what she was thinking.” She refunded our entire bill including the tip.
For the food side. Our waitress was quick to get our order, our drinks and our bread. After that over 40 minutes went by with our server walking constantly by our table with no updates on our order. She never even stopped by for updates until 40 minutes later when she said that our order should be up next. The restaurant was only at about 20% capacity or less. We ordered Blackened Salmon, which was good and spicy, and Meat Loaf which was not flavorful and slightly charred. It took 45 minutes to receive our meal. The side, our green beans, came out 4 minutes later after our main dish. . A subpar experience for sure. This is definitely not an “Upscale Restaurant” nor a “Steakhouse”!

I have never seen anything like this. It was supposed to be a ribeye, but it had no marbling whatsoever plus it was overcooked. It had one little piece of fat on the end almost as if it had somehow been attached to a cheap steak and it was much thicker than the rest of the steak. It was so tough that I couldn’t eat it. It looked and felt more like one of those really cheap pieces of meat that you can buy from your local grocer. The potato tasted like it had been cooked in the microwave and it was still a little bit hard. I ordered it fully loaded and it came out with butter only. The shrimp cocktail was rubbery and stringy, like one of those frozen kind you buy at the store. I didn’t even try the bread. The Pepsi was good. It has to be really bad for me to call a manager over but I just had to do it. She would not admit that the steak was overcooked. Who doesn’t understand what medium well means? It’s supposed to be a warm pink center and of course she insisted it was a ribeye. She assured me that the potato was not cooked in the microwave, but I don’t believe it. She kept trying to offer me a free piece of cake. I turned it down. I told her I was not looking for a free meal, but that I come to the casino often and I would like to see this restaurant get better. All I wanted her to do was acknowledge her mistakes because you can’t change if you can’t get honest so obviously they’re not gonna change a damn thing. This is the third time that I went to this restaurant and everything I ordered really really sucked. There are plenty of restaurants in Lawton like outback steakhouse, lots of great Korean food, etc
and it’s worth the 5-8 minute drive so that I don’t have to experience this again.

Candace is a wonderful server. She deserves a raise. As I was being served by her I noticed how on top of it she was- not only with our table but others around us.

360 used to be a elegant fine dining restaurant in Lawton. Now with tvs and not so tasty food choices it's gone down hill. Sports bars are an abundance in Lawton. Bowl was hot but the contence was cold. Service is great!

I feel like over time the quality of the food has gone downhill. If you get a sandwich, it's fine, but not for a steak. The bread was even off. The service is fine. The staff works hard. The atmosphere is so pretty. More effort needs to be put on the food.

Every time I go to this restaurant I always order the same item. The fire roasted steak is very tasty and tender for $40.00 & the Caramelized popcorn cream brĂ»lĂ©e is very creamy and delicious for $6.00 . I highly recommend if you’re looking for best steak.

Honestly the food is not like it used to be. I've ordered 3 times and all 3 times the food was given to me sloppy and not really as described in the menu. For them being like a more upscale restaurant they have gone down. The person that takes the orders are rude at times the way they answer or talk to you.
