We overheard her asking to go home about 10 times and that felt like she was trying to rush us out the restaurant. She kept disappearing on us but the other servers made us feel very comfortable and they were just lovely. We were also told this is a normal situation for the other servers. Our new server that took over the table was very understanding and put us in a good mood. She also ran the wrong food to the table next to us and told them she would throw the food away that was on the table. She made them feel bad so they just ended up eating it,I wouldnt recommend such waitress.

I was sent a txt msg telling me "CONGRATULATIONS!! WE HAVE A FULL TIME POSITION FOR YOU" I called the staffing agency and they couldn't reach anyone who knows what they're doing!! You want to know why the food is nasty? A black boy whose name is DeAndre Perkins. He started the same day as I did, but he feels that because I'm not a butt kisser, I don't have a job!!! They cook flies in the meatloaf!! I watched the fly fight for his life, while he shut the oven door. All the boy would say is I'm new at this!!! So I don't have a job at the Apache Casino!! THEY give my position to a mexican by the name of "Jessica"!! I do have proof of what I'm saying!! RECORDED IT ALL!! PISSED THE LITTLE BOY OFF😆😆Dropping food on the floor and pick it up and finish cooking it!! How many spoonfuls out of the pots do 4-5 people need to taste test seasonings? The food is not great. The wings taste boiled and refrigerated, then when ordered, warmed up and sauced. They over cook the steak ( I ordered medium and it look well) and it needed more flavor. The green beans also look leftover and warmed up. The herb crusted salmon looked like the blackened but the waitress insisted it was correct. The rice was hard which also indicated it was old and warmed up None of it was was worth taking leftovers home. The beef stew dinner special barely had any meat. Should have called it a veggie stew. Staff is kind and attentive but whoever the cooks are need to be trained better. I used conps to pay, so I didnt complain much. Waitress could tell we wern't satisfied. But if I had to pay for it, I definitely would have complained and sent it back. Its not worth it. May have to stick to the snack bar while eating at Apache. I think 360 is the worst food compared to the other casinos in the area.

I had a great time with friends, food was good and drinks were good. The wait time between ordering drinks and the meal could use some work. 20 mins for a drink you ordered is too long. If you dine here make sure you pay with cash. I got billed 2 times, yes twice for the same meal 30 days apart. Everyone in my group experienced this issue and no we will not be going back. Calls were made, they ask your name and number. No call back, no attempts to resolve or refund. I canceled my card to prevent it happening again.

Do not use your credit/debit card here. I was charged twice and have yet to get my money back. They’re sneaky about it. I ate there in early September 2025 and got charged again for the same amount on 25 November. The restaurant and the casino keep giving me the run around. They’ve given me different numbers to call, but no one answers. They told me to leave a message, which I did, but no call back. The restaurant opens at 5:00 pm, but was told this ghost manager works 9 to 5. Three different employees told me this happens all the time! One employee told me “good luck” trying to get my money back and “you’re like the 50th person today complaining about this.”

We had my daughter’s wedding reception here and they set us up a nice big table with ample space. The food and service were both on point and many who attended had fun gambling afterwards. A+ experience.

Got the adult mac and cheese with chicken, the king salmon, and thr oklahoma toothpicks. Waited for about 10 mins before I got my water refilled. Our food came out and the waitress said something about the oklahoma toothpicks went out with a different order which my wife and I watched that no one got any extra food. The mac and cheese tasted like it was burnt cheese that's been sitting under a heat lamp all day. The 5 very small chicken pieces I got for 2.00 was a joke. And the baked potato came out cold the the cheese wasn't even melting on it. I could of had Applebee's in duncan and tasted better than what I ate tonight. Waited another 10 mins for the lady to come back so I could get our bill and a box for my wife's leftovers. I could understand if they was busy bit that wasn't thr issue. They need to do better in every department. Will not eat here again rather go to the grill on the side

Made reservations. Got in no issues. Ordered some apps, they were literally the highlight of the meal. Herb crusted salmon was over cooked, had way too much herb and seasoning on it. The sauce or bisque the salmon sat in was a bit much, could have definitely used less! The ribeye steak is sadly over priced. The cook was perfect. But to say it lacked flavor would be an understatement. The chicken Alfredo was sub par. From lacking flavor to over cooked chicken to over cooked noodles. My son ordered the catfish and fries, 18.00 was steep. But was hopeful, then when it came out it looked no different than the 14.00 catfish and fries the Apache grill serves.
Chicken fried steak was loaded with fat and cartilage. Made hard for chewing. And the mashed potatoes were swimming in butter and lacked seasoning.
As for service. Mikala started off strong. And as the meal went on her service became worse and worse. Server wasn't around much at our table. But she was around plenty for the group of guys at a table. The manager actually got my wife a refill. The server brought out a spoon and a bread basket, I replied thank you and she never responded. I paid in cash, the server didn't even bring my change. Had the hostess bring it to me.
I should really give the service a 0. But, I unfortunately can't,
And as far as the food goes i feel like they over sauce everything to cover the lack of flavor,
However, with the ingredients they have and the meal selections, they have an amazing opportunity to be one of the best restaurants in town.
