My husband and I have been going to seven brew for over a year now up in Okc and so we stopped off at the one here in Lawton to order our usual orders of medium iced cinnamon roll extra sweet and a large iced chai with caramel drizzle and caramel flavor. When they handed me mine I took a small sip of it and was hit with such an intense bitter taste. When I told the woman that it was at our window about it being extremely bitter she popped her head in and told one of her coworkers and then told me that they don’t remake drinks if they’re messed up on, and that if I want it fixed I’ll have to buy it again. We’ve never had issues with this in the city at all before. They handed my husband his drink and I said I’m not paying for a whole new drink because they made my first one wrong. As we were leaving my husband tried his and they had also completely messed up his too. The attitude of everyone except the woman that took our order was absolutely ridiculous. Oh and they repeated our order back to us once we pulled up but we had to ask them to correct it because they had my cinnamon roll as a sweet and salty. So I’m wondering if they were being nasty just because I asked them to change my drink to what it was supposed to be when I ordered it and so I think they made the drinks terrible on purpose. I’ve been to 4 different locations for seven brew and this one by far was the worst experience I’ve had.

First visit to 7 brew. The girl Lincoln helped us. Might not be her name but she was going to be a baby with a beard for Halloween. Anyways great place for an energy drink. The bikini bottom is deliciouso!!

Love the verity of drinks and the flavors are amazing but this location in Lawton Oklahoma is the slowest ever. Never any staff to cover busy times. Always a 20 minute plus wait.

At 6:40 in the morning in uniform, on my way to work. I was told that first responder discounts were not offered to police officers unless they were in their patrol cars. I also had to wait 15 minutes for my drink, while the employees were imside chatting with one another. Then when I got my coffee it wasnt even full! Not the way i wanted to start my day. I won't come back here again.
