It started off bad it was two of us, we walked in and waited to be sat, no one was at the door and two employees continued talking and holding their conversations with each other as the watched we were still standing there. 5 minutes later still standing at the front entrance. So me and my partner decided to seat ourselves. Shortly after we were asked to move to another section with another server. we moved but didn't see why we didn't get sat in the first place and the place was dead I didn't see why we needed to move. But I did anyway. I wanted to eat and enjoy the rest of the night. The server was a breath of fresh air, she turned the evening from poor to ok. The food was ok I ordered the special bourbon chicken and shrimp pasta. My pasta was undercooked and dry, the alcoholic drink I had tasted like regular pineapple juice, my partners pasta was undercooked as well. The wonton taco's was the best part of my meal the appetizer. The server was great but the atmosphere was stagnant and The food wasn't what it used to be. Don't think I'll be going back anytime soon.

We sat waiting for our server for 15 minutes, no server. When we complained, they didn't apologize or try to make it right. Will be calling Corporate office. Dining room was filthy....no uniforms....very filthy. I would recommend a REAL restaurant not one pretending to be.

My star rating is based on our experience, the food was good and our service was just average, because he was so busy. It took 15 minutes to get our check once we were ready to go. Now the bad, The manager kept saying to people coming to the doors that they weren't seating people because they didn't have servers. They had many empty tables. I would say they were at 40% capacity, Table-wise. Why would you only have two servers on duty on a Sunday at lunchtime? Poor management Skills.

The food that my mom my aunt and I ordered was under done noodles still hard my cousin and sister got boneless wings one being dry rub while the other was wet (they ordered the same thing. We asked for lemons for our water before we ordered food didn't receive them until we were about to leave the waiter didn't come and give us our refills on our drinks like we asked so no drinks overall crappy service and crappy food do better ??

Easy mistake. The " Blue Rare" steak with no-sides is what ordered, (I wanted my steak to be bloody, and mooing rare). What I received was a well-done steak no red in the center, with no sides.
On applebees guide the " blue steak" is a well done, no red in center. See pictures blow.
On a positive note: my re-cooked steak was great.

One of the worst experiences I've had at a restaurant. I wasn't ID for the alcohol, which I found out was normal. I didn't have a server, it was between the host, who was busy and never checked on me and the bartender, who was also busy and couldn't come over. I didn't like my burger and when I was about to ask for a different one I was handed the bill. I still had lots of food to eat but I got the hint that I was no longer welcomed so I payed and left. I've always loved Applebee's but this experience has left a bad taste in my mouth and I don't think ill return any time soon.

Their food was okay, but definitely not going back. I ordered a salad with a quesadilla but they put chips on it that were stale so I didn’t even eat it. Service was amazing, our waitress was wonderful. The atmosphere was decent, quiet, but okay overall.
