We have lived here for 3 years and let’s just say this is the second time from the first year deciding to give Apple bees one more try..We have aten at Applebee’s numerous times at different location in TX and this one is by far the worst we have ever been too. Not only does the place seem dirty and so does the carpet (which they should give rid of and put flooring so you don’t see all the food stains from years). The windows are dirty, greasy and dusty. The atmosphere feels so claustrophobic and humid. Like if your in dirty air. It’s so dark too it makes you sleepy! Also I ordered a steak and as soon as I took a bite out I wanted to automatically throw up from how rancid it tasted. Lucky the waiter was nice and took it back and didn’t charge us. I don’t recommend ever getting a steak here if you don’t want to get food poisoning. Also the margaritas I do got to say were super delicious ?. As well as the chicken quesadillas they were phenomenal! Waiter was nice but just felt like a regular nice not like I care about you more of Im doing my job type of nice but no bad attitude so I salute her for that. We probably won’t be coming back here for another years to come. Definitely go with Chilis instead.

The restaurant has been one of my favorite spots to go until lately. The service has gone way down. I recently had a bad experience, with the wait staff and the lack of customer service. They are short staffed, and the manager lack luster, in putting the customer first unless I am male and paying her some attention. Come on, Applebee's get-together, or you will lose long-standing customers.

The food was good, especially the ribs. The ribs are so tender and fall right off the bone. The service was great. The only thing that was an issue was how long it took an employee to clean the men’s restroom. Not a bad place to stop in and eat though.
