I went through the drive thru as I do many times and ordered the special, two ham and swiss melts. Got on the road , discovered a booboo, called them, manager said to come back in. Went back the next day (27Jun), explained to the manager, Ian, and he happily replaced my order and threw in a fried pie!! Can't tell you enough how great the staff is there and the food is always top notch! Thank you, Arby's!!

Employee was rude in the ordering process and also when we were checking our food before we pulled off. We didn't receive our full order. -updated: general manager contacted me. She was very professional and rectified the problem.

I walked a mile for some arby's.And was greeted by E Is he is the kindest most polite And kind hearted person i've ever met At arby's Showed me the most respect i've ever his respect of ever experienced In a fast food restaurant He even remembered my name and we even had an awesome conversation. Thank you eve for being such a great person. Not many people are like you. I hope you get to see this. You're doing awesome man, thank you.

Out of the 2 Arby's here in Lawton, Oklahoma, this one has to be the best in spite of the negative reviews. My deluxe's burger with crinkle fries was very good, in spite of the Patty is glue up next to the melted cheese on top, at least they made the burger right. I wish they could've just given me some ketchup or arby sauce for my crinkle fries.
Your management needs to learn how to talk to their employees!!! Calling someone stupid and then telling me it's not my business is uncalled for! When someone talks down too and calls someone names that is disabled, it is my business! She needs to do better!!!
Drinks are filled to the TOP with ice, just got a large dr pepper thats only filled up halfway because of how much ice it is.

As a once proud, die-hard arbys fan i did not mind paying a little bit extra for the sandwiches. Knowing that potato cakes was a choice which made them more unique than other fast food restaurants that had just fries and hamburgers. But when they first discontinue I was highly upset and refused to go back. It has been years since I've had one of their sandwiches only to look up a little over a month ago to see the sign. Say potato cakes are back.Well, decided I had to go and have one. And it was just like I remembered, so today I decided to go back in have another only to find out.They have discontinued potato cakes once again. Well arby's, I'll never be back and I know a large majority of folks that feel the same way we feel that you have let us down. You have now just become another cookie. Cutter fast food restaurant. With your crinkle, cut French fries and your wagyu. Beef that isn't really wagyua so you've gone from a unique restaurant with everything you did offer, to just another McDonald's. And don't tell me to contact the marketing game, because none of you folks listen to what the public has to say
