Is in the only person eating Arby's as my cousin said. Then I'll be the only one. I love Arby's. They misquoted my order 3 times. I corrected it. When I got home I had the wrong order but it rang up as the one they quoted. But when I went back they gave me the right order. The manager was very friendly. And of course my fries were cold so I didn't eat them. It's the trend I guess.

I went through the drive thru as I do many times and ordered the special, two ham and swiss melts. Got on the road , discovered a booboo, called them, manager said to come back in. Went back the next day (27Jun), explained to the manager, Ian, and he happily replaced my order and threw in a fried pie!! Can't tell you enough how great the staff is there and the food is always top notch! Thank you, Arby's!!

Employee was rude in the ordering process and also when we were checking our food before we pulled off. We didn't receive our full order.
-updated: general manager contacted me. She was very professional and rectified the problem.
