Each time I get a ham sandwich, there are different amounts of meat... a lot one time, then very little the next. Dsappointing... but tasty.

To start with I almost left because nobody would come to the counter. Wife sandwich today was room temperature. The meat was not even warm the bun was cold. She didn't eat it. For a $11 combo you can do better than that. Three different cars from the drive through had to come back in to get missing or wrong orders while my wife watched me eat.

They didn't have Dr. Pepper, root beer, or Cherry Turnover! No tomatoes on Chicken Bacon Swiss. Sandwich and fries were not fresh. Both cold, dry, and chewy. Super disappointing!!!

In the drive thru line, homeless people try to take money from you when you roll down the window. Managers let lawbreakers hide from police in their bathrooms. Managers need to trespass them!

I pulled to the drive-thru and asked if there was still a special on roast beef sandwiches. The young lady working, instead of just telling me the specials, decided to give us a hard time. There's another Arby's 1 mile away. Save yourself the frustration, avoid the poor service and go to the other location.

I used to be a die hard arby's fan did not mind paying the extra. Because I could get potato cakes which made them unique from any other fast food restaurant. When they took them away for the first time was disappointed. Stop going and a little over a month ago, they advertised, they were bringing them back to only have them for a extremely short time. And honestly, i'm not the only person that i've run across with this complaint. Arby's claims they want to get hip and evolve with the times. Guess you're just another cookie cutter restaurant
