Bulgogi consistently meets expectations and more. However, the unflavored rice didn't meet our expectations. The family owner received the client graciously and provided top-notch service.
The tonkotsu ramen is always good. I wish the boiled egg was runny, but I never asked if I could get it this way. The waiter there knows I want extra pork and seeing the cart bring me food is always a delight with its music. I really hope it stays at the location because I rather eat here than drive to the city for Tamashii all the time.

We had sushi and it was among the best sushi I've had. Not to forget the Fire Roll was a unique experience I have yet to see. Seeing a sushi roll set on fire and cooked in foil at your table is one of a kind experience.
We have been to sushi restaurants between Dallas, Texas to Fort Smith, Arkansas and I will definitely make sure to stop here when visiting family in the future!
