Never have enough staff and the staff they do have, never greet you with a friendly smile. What ever happened to being courteous to your customers.

I never in my life thought there would be a better burger than In N outs Double Doubles. Until today…
I came in very skeptical because i have spoken to multiple Oklahomans who have called Braum’s “SOLID”. This place has absolutely PHENOMENAL FOOD! The very first thing i tried was their Braum’s sauce which had an exquisite flavor similar to Canes sauce but lighter and it had a spicy undertone too it that did not overwhelm the tongue. As soon as i bit into the burger i was immediately taken back by the flavor. It reminded me of a homemade burger your dad would make for you as a kid at a cookout in the summer or on a special occasion. Absolute nostalgia and pride in being an American. Small town burger but made big waves on my taste buds. The fries were nothing short of perfect, crispy, freshly made to order and the perfect amount of salt. I also had a spicy chicken sandwich that tasted like a gas station sandwich in the BEST WAY. The chicken was fresh, perfectly seasoned and fried to perfection the entire thing provided a flavor that overwhelmed the senses and made me sink in my seat. To top my visit off i noticed they had mexican flavors of ice cream i thought was really cool. I had the Piñon flavored ice cream that paired perfectly with my meal. This place is definitely a 5/5!

On a side note, i heard rumors of there being a soldier here on Fort Sill that was an Adamant WHATABURGER Missionary who swore they had the best burger. Well someone ended up taking him to Braum’s for the first time and he was hooked like squidward in the episode he had his first krabby patty. The soldier would have Braum’s 4 times a week. 2 times daily. They say he would go to work and have Braum’s for lunch then go home and pretend he didnt eat lunch that day just so he could take his WIFE AND CHILD there for DINNER! 😂

Love their food but they're not using fresh products it's only fresh for staying in the morning and it's sitting out all day so everything that they put on the pizza ends up making us sick after eating it they need to rotate their items it should be a holding time for leaving it on the table once it gets to a certain temperature you have to throw it out or you have to keep it refrigerated

Great food and kind employees. However, no cherries or limes in my Cherry Limeade. Only cherry juice and ime juice. I was disappointed about this

Every time you order certain things they have you pull put then you sit there for 20 to 30 minutes for them to bring your food out.

If I could do 0 stars I would. I don’t ever make reviews but the people who work here are disgusting. Us service members can easily have a horrible day and we look forward to dinner and going home for the night. It’s been atleast 10 times I’ve come for dinner and greet them with no greeting back. I always say good evening or good morning when I go and nobody says it back they just look at you dumbfounded with a face of “I don’t want to be here”. The people who work always take their time making food and always have a face like the customer is messed up. These people are disgusting and need to find a better job if they don’t like it. The disrespect is beyond me I don’t get it. Usually people will respect you if you come in uniform and I don’t expect anybody to respect me if I don’t know them but it’s rude. Never going back here.

We like to go here acassionaly to get ice cream for the family. They have a good selection. The restaurant side is also good, but we don't go to that side as often.

Kid-friendliness: It works if you choose to dine in. There's not much room for too many people.

I GAVE THIS PLACE THREE CHANCES. On one visit going through the drive-though, The girl at the window did not look at me once. She opened the window talking to a co-worker handed me my food and closed the window without saying anything to me. Second chance. I had two shakes I was asked to pull forward as she walked to my car she drop both on the ground. she went back in to remake them but what she did was take the two she had dropped on the ground pour them into new cups and filled what was missing up. I didn't know this until I found a small rock in one and a piece of a cup in the other. The third chance was they made my hot fudge Sunday but didn't put fudge in it. Third strike you are out! BAD SERVICE, THEY GIVE YOU CONTAMINATED FOOD, THEY DON'T KNOW HOW TO MAKE THEIR OWN PRODUCT.

I love braum's but this location seems to be really salty. The new braum's in town is way better

Decent food. The place is usually gross and dirty. Decent service. They have good milk and the prices are bearable. Service is iffy. The whole place smells like grease. I got diarrhea about ten min after eating here

The team worked together, the drI've thru was quick and very clean.
