It's just not good. The rice used seems to be minute rice. When asked for any seasonings other than soy sauce they don't have any. Basically this is a bar with sticky tables and some billiards. I don't believe they actually intend to sell food here.

I ordered food via doordash and the bulgogi was worth the wait. The portions are really worth the price. The service of doordash was two hours late but its ok.

I paid 121.00 for BS... I ordered my food and never got it. We were the only people in the place, and it took forever to get our food. The waitress didn't even come back to the table to see if we want to drink. I do not recommend this place; go to Gangnam style.

Went in about 8:00 Friday night because Gangnam was packed. Only 4 customers here. That should have been a warning. I spent 2 years in Korea teaching English and never saw a green pepper which was great, I don't like them. My Japchae had a few green peppers and a couple of pieces of carrot for the vegetables and almost no meat. It looked and tasted bland and boiled. I don't cook vegetables or noodles with salt so I don't eat a lot of salt, but I expect japchae to have soy sauce, sesame oil, bulgogi for the meat and to be finished in a frying pan. The few veggies were lightly sauteed but neither meat or noodles saw the grill. I got 2 long lectures from owners when I asked for some soy sauce. The owners's wife picked up a pair of chopsticks and ate a few bites of food off my plate to prove it tasted good. All the while lecturing me that Americans eat too much sugar. That Korean food is cooked with locally available veggies and in different styles and I wanted too much sugar on mine- no I wanted some flavor. My daughter's bulgogi was bland and room temp. It was served on the right black stone dish on a really good bed of cabbage but the stone dish wasn't hot. We paid and left and grabbed a burger on the way home. This was just before Covid. I was so mad I typed but didn't post the review that night because I like to cool off before I post something. Yelp just reminded me about this unposted review and I'm still mad 2 and a half years when I think about that experience.

Omg! I thought I was back in Korea! The best bulgogi & Yaki mandoI have had since leaving! Delicious!

Really disappointed, the cook was coughing over our food while cooking without covering his mouth. The lady who took our order also walked around coughing without covering her mouth. Pandemic or not, these actions are not sanitary and I wouldn't eat food someone's coughing over.

Amazing food, great family atmosphere & good staff! We went twice in our 4 day stay in Lawton.

We are here visiting from Denver. We asked my sister about karaoke and she mentioned this place. It's pretty much do it yourself karaoke, which was fine because my boyfriend used to run a karaoke show. There weren't many patrons here so we got to sing and sing! Then we decided to try the food. Oh my goodness, so delicious! I got beef bulgogi which came on a bed of fried cabbage mix with rice and also a bunch of delicious small salads. My boyfriend got the spicy ramen with soft, supple noodles and an egg, topped with a slice of American cheese (which was kind of funny!) also very yummy! We will come again!

This place wasn't that good and the service was TERRIBLE. The fried rice looked half assed as if it was recooked for sitting too long and just had a bag of frozen mixed vegetables thrown into it. Don't let them know you didn't like the fried rice though or you'll be approached by the owner I'm guessing about three times and trying to justify that the "Korean cook made it" his words not mine as if it should make a difference. Being approached 3 times just because he couldn't take the criticism on the fried rice not being good was over the top. I wouldn't eat here again just after the experience ESP our friends who took us raved about how good it was and felt bad afterwards for even recommending we even go there after the poor service and shitty attitudes we received.

This spot was a shot in the dark and completely worth it. I came here with an open mind, you have to, especially since the strip it's on looked abandoned. The food here was a breath of fresh air, the spicy seafood soup even though it was made with frozen seafood mix, had an excellent flavor profile and the portion was huge. The kimbab was decent, nothing out of this world. The pan fried squid was amazing, it had the perfect amount of heat and a great variety of vegetables. But the absolute best thing about this place was the customer service, our waitress was incredibly polite and very attentive to our needs. By the way this place has a full bar, darts, pool tables, and karaoke for the win.

They never disappoint me love their food. I don't do spicy but love their Spicy Roman soup with bulgogi meat. The bulgogi is off the chain.

I put a 4 star because the waiters and food was great. But the male cook there today obviously isn't very consistent with the portion sizes and seemed very lost when we questioned him about the portion my husband was given. We've come here a handful of times and my husband usually gets kimchi bulgogi dish, usually it's a good portion and he leaves full. But this time we came and there was hardly anything on the plate and only a few pieces of beef. I ordered the spicy pork and my portion was huge... makes no sense. Other than that, the woman there at the front of the house are great.

The restaurant was clean, the service was good, the staff was friendly. I'm only giving it four stars because the food was pretty good, but I've had better and was dissapointed slightly.

This place feels more like a bar/pool hall than a Korean restaurant, yes. That said, the food is good and the prices are very reasonable. (In other words, the ambience sucks big green donkey dongs, but the food and the prices make it well worth the visit.) Don't expect a good location, either -- this place is hardly in what you'd call the best part of Lawton. (Wait a minute here . . . IS there a "good part" of Lawton, Oklahoma?) I judge a Korean place by its banchan (side dishes) and -- more specifically -- its kimchi. In both regards, this place really delivers. Limited menu. Very friendly proprietor. Locally owned. Try the bibimpap.
