Service and quality were great! Came in after being turned away from their sister location due to being unable to navigate the mobile app with their system. Not only did they take my mobile order with no issue, the food was out very quickly with zero mistakes. Not to mention they were in the middle of a lunch rush and the place was packed, they still provided great customer service! I wish I'd gotten the cashier and managers names because they (and the rest of the crew) deserve the highest praise!

I ordered food and gave the cashier a coupon at the register. I noticed on the receipt that they did not apply the coupon. I brought it up to their attention and they stated they can’t apply it at the register it has to be when ordering. So why did you accept my payment without informing me of this? I spoke with the manager and she gave me the same excuse. They were unable to adjust the balance after I paid. Manager was also unable to give a refund due to “it being a credit card”.

Went in today and got the new brisket sandwich when we got home we seen it had 0 brisket on it . The fries stunk and the buns seemed old but worst of all when you call them the don't answer or pick and hang phone up . No one was in drive threw or parking lot now I know why .

Came for double burgers and they gave me singles. The lady remade one and just rewrapped the other one after she stuck her finger in there and handed it back to me. I saw her do it and won't be coming back again.

Rude, slow, not busy but still got order wrong ...twice.
Came in this morning. Ordered in and they just threw the tray on the counter rudely and yelled the order number. While I was eating one of the employees was yelling about fire ants biting someone's genitals and multiple other employees using profanity and messing around behind the counter. The manager and/or owner needs to talk to their employees about being professional and not yelling so loud customers can hear them
