Came in this morning. Ordered in and they just threw the tray on the counter rudely and yelled the order number. While I was eating one of the employees was yelling about fire ants biting someone's genitals and multiple other employees using profanity and messing around behind the counter. The manager and/or owner needs to talk to their employees about being professional and not yelling so loud customers can hear them

This burger king in particular is awesome I've had bad experiences with others but this one was awesome the cashier noticed a mistake and said something before I did and took care of it promptly. A+ to this burger king 🤴 😋

There where really rude I ask for the dragon meal and they didn’t give my mozzarella fries and they where rude and when I ask for the dragon hat they said no and they didn’t give me my sundae

What happened to the Whopper Jr.? It fits in the palm of my hand. And it's more buns than hamburger meat. The Onion Rings were soggy, not crispy. However, the night crew was very sweet.
When u add 2 hashbrowns to the uber app they act like they dont know how to add 2 and add 1 instead im sorry but yall are trained to read orders??

Worst restaurant I’ve ever been to. There was a black female who was texting on her phone while preparing food. She mixed old food with fresh food and served it to customers. She also gave us small drinks on a medium order. The other employee was a white woman and she was as laughing about the whole thing and she looks like she does heavy drugs. DO NOT GO THERE!!

The young lady who was checking me out, was doing a good job. I had tried two different drinks in the lobby, and the carbonation on the machine was terribly off. It tasted disgusting. There was a girl in the lobby who had attempted to tell the staff and the cashier was trying her hardest to get the manager to come out. I ended up having to dump my drinks and asking the poor cashier to fill them through the drive-through window. The manager did finally come out. She seemed a bit annoyed. She did something to the machine. However, it needs to be serviced. I did not even pick an orange drink, and an orange liquid came out all over my hands during both attempts at my drinks Terribly sticky. That machine needs to be cleaned over half. The drinks were empty as well. Truly, the only good experience was the young cashier upfront.
