“The food is good, my wife likes the peanut butter sweet potato fries. The service is terrible. 06/22/2025 at noon the hostess was watching the T.V. and a staff member told her we were waiting. She gets up and says "My Bad" Shoos us toward the booths and says "Just sit in one of the first few booths". She never moved from behind her podium. Why did we need to "WAIT TO BE SEATED"? We asked for the sweet potato fries to be brought before the meal but the waitress forgot that request.“

“Five Guys in Lawton, OK is one of my autistic son’s safe places to eat. He LOVES Five Guys. It is also one of my safe places because it is Celiac friendly and I never get sick after eating there. There is a worker there named Camron who always goes out of his way to talk to my autistic son and be extra nice to us. My son actually lights up and responds to Camron, which is pretty rare for him. We talked to Camron again today when we went to Five Guys, and were sad to learn he is going to be moving out of state soon. He insisted on getting a photo with us and said that my son was really special to him. Every time my son Judah gets his food, he always exclaims “FRENCH FRIES!!!!” In pure excitement. Camron said it always made his day to hear Judah’s excitement for French fries. Thankful for people like Camron who go out of their way to be extra kind and accommodating to our family. 🥰🙌🏼 @fiveguys we appreciate you!“

“I am a little disappointed... not for the reasons most people think.

Food is prepared very well, service is always good, and everything is done in a timely manner.

My frustration is with the stalls not being 100% I was unable to leave a tip after running my card and I felt really bad. Dominique was my car hop, and he was very professional, and had a positive attitude even though I was unable to leave him a tip, as I did not have any cash on me.

Just his attitude alone would be enough for a return visit. Hold on to employees like him. Also to everyone behind the scenes, your efforts do not go unnoticed. If no one told you today, Great job!“

“Usually when I go out to breakfast it's always been scrambled eggs ham and hash browns. Today I had the banana pancakes with the banana and strawberries on top and the strawberry syrup I ate it and it was so good that I didn't leave nothing on the plate“

“Is in the only person eating Arby's as my cousin said. Then I'll be the only one. I love Arby's. They misquoted my order 3 times. I corrected it. When I got home I had the wrong order but it rang up as the one they quoted. But when I went back they gave me the right order. The manager was very friendly. And of course my fries were cold so I didn't eat them. It's the trend I guess.“

“Solid experience overall! I ordered a chili dog, a burger, and some jalapeño poppers, all of which hit the spot. The food was hot, fresh, and flavorful, though not quite “mind-blowing,” hence the four stars.
Service, however, was excellent, fast, friendly, and surprisingly attentive for a drive-in. The staff had my order out quickly and with a smile. The atmosphere was classic Sonic, casual, convenient, but a bit dated and could use some sprucing up.
All in all, a great stop for comfort food and good vibes. I’d definitely come back for another round of poppers and that chili dog.“

“I had a small issue and only left feedback and management reached out to me within the hour, apologized and invited me back for a free meal. I called to verify the meal and one of the employees asked who sent the email so i started to look and on shift management got on the phone. I let him know that i was offered a free meal and without hesitation, the young gentleman told me to come in and it was no problem. Very professional management working at this location and i would definitely recommend making this your store.“

“I used a coupon for 2 can dine for like $15 and it was worth it. Got everything the way I wanted except I ordered cheese and didn't get it but I wasn't charged for it. So I can't complain. Service was great. Very nice and polite. Our food was hot and thats a huge plus in my book. I did try to do the survey and the receipt was blurry and didn't have the store number required to take the survey for the free whopper.“

“Service and quality were great! Came in after being turned away from their sister location due to being unable to navigate the mobile app with their system. Not only did they take my mobile order with no issue, the food was out very quickly with zero mistakes. Not to mention they were in the middle of a lunch rush and the place was packed, they still provided great customer service! I wish I'd gotten the cashier and managers names because they (and the rest of the crew) deserve the highest praise!“
