Whoa!!!! Slow down and stop in for a bite at burgess!! DO NOT MISS THIS SPOT! Excellent food, great service and a classic atmosphere you haven’t seen in decades. LOVE LOVE LOVE IT ALL! The onion rings are fresh, the burgers are full of flavor, and I would bet everything on the menu meets expectations. I’ll be back.

This is and always will be the best burger and traditional meals in Lawton. It's been around since 1962!! It has an old school feel and it's a wonderful place to enjoy some food. The burger and fries 😋 were delicious I didn't take a picture because I ate it so fast, I do have a picture of the menu though, the prices are very affordable and a place to definitely check out,they even have Frito pie on their menu!! Can't beat it, so I went back 🤣 and finally got a picture of the food it was absolutely delicious and if you haven't tried it it's a must to check out!!

Our favorite Saturday morning breakfast spot! Everything about Burgess Grill is always perfect. Hot, fresh, and quick. It's always a treat to see Mrs. Burgess. Definitely recommend.
We get the Garden Omlete, and biscuits and gravy.

The food was amazing! Very cheap for 2 people and a baby we paid $30. Learned the history Mrs.burgess is still running it at 98yo! She made our food and it was so flavourful! Will definitely return. This is definitely a hidden gem I wish I would have known about a long time ago. The server even dealt with our loud crazy baby.

What an absolute time capsule of a spot. Mrs Burgess has kept a wonderful landmark.Cuban Burger was outstanding no grease. Curly fries crispy and correct portion size. Egg rolls crispy. Service was sweeter then southern tea and considerate. The place was like being in a movie and immaculately clean. What an experience. Don't forget a slice of pecan pie!

Place has been here for 60 some odd years and the cook is the owner, and she's 90 something years old. This place is awesome. the food came out HOT. Everything we had was great. Service was fast and everything came out correct. We sat at the bar and chatted up the waitstaff. many of them are family and had been there for years. Yes...There are twins there. =)
