Looked closed no cars pulled up to drive thru because it said open. Sat for 5 minutes even said hello just in case. Drove off to leave when I hear someone on the drive thru say hello so I drove back around. Did my order. Drove up to window. No one was there I then see them poke head out second window so I drove to it when they disappeared. Finally came back gave me a total. Gave my payment got food and left. Food was good big carl needed more sauce but other wise no complaints

Me and my wife stopped in for a breakfast meal and sat in the lot to eat it and the service was amazing as well as the employees and the breakfast food definitely was amazing and we will be back for breakfast ?

Being from Texas and from "Team Wataburger" I never had the opportunity to try a Carl's burger before, but I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of that "El Diablo Burger" as well as the matching fries.....If only the models from the comercials worked there...then I would switch teams for good...lol! ?

How do you screw up a burger? Well, this location has the trophy. Awful. Simply Awful burger. It was cold, rubbery, nasty- none of the juicy goodness that Carl's Jr should be known for. Gag me with this burger. My dog liked it but he licks his butt.

Burger was put together sloppy and white stuff was under the cheese. Sad to say I won’t order from here again, nor did I eat any of this meal. ?? I ain’t even gone lie it look like the drop my meal and try to put that bih back together. Don’t go here unless you wanna be sick.

Went to the drive thru Tuesday-ordered a Ham, egg and cheese Frisco breakfast sandwich-received a ham and cheese Frisco. Went today (drive thru) same order and got a ham, egg cheese crusty dry biscuit. Gotta check your order every time I guess!

I usually dont like writing a review on a place unless i feel the experience was messed up first of all whats the point in having 2 drive thrus if your only gona answer one of them...they ignored me and let 2 cars on the other drive thru order their food when i was clearly ahead of them...and to the short light skin lady who was at the window i dont know if you just woke up on the wrong side of the bed or what but i ordered a large drink and you basically gave me a medium because there was clearly a 2 inch gap you could have topped my drink off and you didnt give me a straw and had an attitude when i pulled up to the window...i dont know what your deal is but maybe that job aint for you ...do better

Ordered an ultimate breakfast burrito. They didn't put any meat on it....
Ordered 2 burgers. The quality was great. I saw my order get put up to be packaged and sent out, but the woman, whom I assume was the manager walked right by it twice. Grabbed a bag as if to pack it up and dropped it onto the floor. Rather than just pick it up, she went to the register and took a fellow employee's order. Got into a conversation with him and then put my food in a bag and looked at me as if I was interrupting her conversation. The others gave me quality, but if I see her at the counter, I'll just go somewhere else.

Hamburgers used to be better than McDonald's. Now, not so much. The super star is now dwarfed by a quarter pound?And costs $12!?While I get the chance to be disappointed by another chain race to the bottom, I get the privilege of being stared at and mean mugged by the staff.Do I stare at you while you waste oxygen? Did I stare at you while *I* cleaned the counter that the sweet tea sits on?The only plus was there was plenty of parking... A clue I overlooked.
