Ok I gave them that atmosphere because I have no idea. I ordered delivery. We had 3 different subs 2 types of fries and 3 types of wings. I was pleasantly surprised at how much I enjoyed the kimiche fries. But the real star by unanimous vote was the jalapeño BBQ bacon phylie. Outstanding! Disappointed that I must have ordered boneless wing instead of real ones but the seasoning was fantastic.

I’m leaving 1 star because I feel like my food was tampered with on purpose. I’ve had this place several times, usually my co worker picks it up for me. But this time I came in my self around 11:30 on Oct 28th. The gm was super nice and helpful and friendly. Was super amazing taking my order and helping me find the sandwich I normally get. But this time my food tasted different. I thought maybe it was just that bite so I had my wife try it. She said the same. I tried it take another bite and just couldn’t do it. My tongue was completely numb. Ending up throwing up twice. The sandwhich was drowning in salt. Litterally. Normally I would never complain but I feel like it was done on purpose due to the fact when after I had my food we noticed that the girl in the back working was someone who hates me from years ago. Playing with someone’s food is the lowest thing you can do. And I never thought I would have to deal with that untill today. This made me never wanna eat here again. It’s ironic how many times we eat and the food is amazing but the one time I show my face my food gets messed with. A hour later and my mouth is still numb. May be going to the hospital if I can’t stop vommitting, I care about my health and people that tamper with food should be in jail. This is insane

Great sandwiches BUT ridiculously bad service. Folks making the food are great. Folks running the register and answering the phones are incredibly bad. Even an exact change transaction takes far too long. This place could be great but unless they step up their customer service I'd recommend Subway.

I ordered a simple Chicken Philly combo . What should have been simple turned into a nightmare. They had to remake my Philly 4 times . And still didn’t get it right !! They wanted to make it again. I just settled for the steak Philly . I thought the third time was a charm . Guess not at this location. By the way did I mention they were dead . No lines no backups or anything. So there was no excuse it couldn’t have been done right the first time or the second one for that matter !! Such a disappointment!!

They are so nice! I have celiacs and can’t have any gluten and to avoid cross contamination he washed his hands and changed his gloves. He took it so seriously when most places usually won’t. Thank you!

I figured this being in a dead mall that the food might be as subpar as the mall. I was supposed with the Ultimate Fries and Strawberry Lemonade were fresh and hot. Great snack to hold me till dinner time.
