If you order takeout and only have 2 drinks, don't ask for a drink holder because they won't give you one. You must have 3 or more drinks to get one. It's ridiculous and corporate is ok with it as well. Eat somewhere else!

I ordered my breakfast sandwiches before 10 am & was told "we're not serving breakfast anymore" when I came through & had 2 wait in the drive thru for no reason now.. This is BS & will NEVER COME BACK!! I also had 2 sit & wait 30 minutes till I could leave

I am a doordasher. This restaurant refuses to give out cup holders when there are two drinks. I had multiple bags and two large drinks to try and carry. Your employee told me to go to Sonic and they would give me a cup holder. Seriously? These are paying customers..

ToGo order that I waited 10 minutes to receive. Got home, 22 minutes away and as usual there are missing items. Called the store and their solution was to waste 44+ more minutes, gas, energy for their mistake! Will never give money to this business again!

The last three times that I've gone here, there's always been some kind of mixup. One time they didn't give me any dressing for the salads or toppings for the salads. Another time they forgot to give me my waffle fries. And then this last time they gave me somebody else's salad. I should've known better than to pull off before checking my bag, but I was in a hurry. I expect that mistakes can happen every once in a while. I guess I just drew the lucky straw three times in a row.

The associates working here are very friendly and helpful. The meal was good The food hot and fairly fresh The price is decent. The place looks fairly clean . This is handicap parking. The door is not .
This is by far the least Chick-Fil-A of any Chick-Fil-A I've ever been to. Unfortunately it's my "home town" CFA given having to live here for the last three years. I've lived in CA, AZ, NC, TX, MA and OK, while visiting other states over the years and have had amazing experiences/visits. But OK, and this location in particular, just falls short of what you expect a CFA visit to be. Whether it be the lackidasial staff not bothering to take your order when you're the only person in the store, while half a dozen employees talk about a variety of things (from interviews for other jobs, to music) before getting to you, to the insanely over checking in to you once you do have your meal (Think Dutch Bros, but once you have your food), it's just a weird spot. Then there's the seemingly permanent management(?) meetings going on no matter what time of the day you visit this store with their laptops out taking multiple tables away from customers to sit at, especially so during lunch hours. Then they took the kids area away, still not having brought it back even years after the covid pandemic has... passed. This store is in dire need of a new (or one in general) event coordinator, as well. It's just a bad run store, top to bottom. I'm sorry but this is not what a CFA should be.
Parking: Extreme lack of up close parking spots. The closest ones are taken by employees.
