Sat in the drive thru line WITHOUT moving for over 10 minutes. They brought me my food, but I still had to wait in line for 20 minutes because they were backed up. They said they close at 3p, but because they failed to properly shut things down all the orders got mixed up. I LOVE Chick-fil-a and frequent it regularly back home in Texas. Lawton, Ok… do better! Chick-fil-a prides itself on quality service and this was the most disorganized mess I have EVER seen.

When I saw this Chick-fil-A on Thursday night, & I thanked myself. This must be the one from the former central mall, now plaza, and I was right. I was trying to get something last night from inside the building. But unfortunately they were closed at 9PM, so I had to go to the drive through and they helped me very much out for the rest of the night. Their chicken is very delicious along with the fries and their lemonade as well. The employee staff needs a little work on helping the customers, at least they were very helpful for me on that night.
