I placed a 60.00 order got home the chicken strips were so tiny. I have a dairy and egg allergy so I ordered 2 fish fillets and 6 hush puppies for myself. I got home and I got the fish but a buttered roll on the fish no hush puppies. I called they tried telling me they will just take the roll and give me hush puppies. I told them I have a dairy allergy I can’t eat the fish now either. I said I need new fish and 6 hush puppies. Had to explain that the butter roll on the fish makes it dangerous for me to eat. They fix it I get home and guess I should have checked it cause I have 4 hush puppies not 6. It’s a 15 minute drive one way for me. I was not making the trip again. Unfortunately I will not be coming back now.

It was fast, hot, fresh and hit the spot. We no longer have this where I am from and it was great to be able to get a flavor I have missed on my pallet. I would eat there again!
I had to come on here and update my review because I just went back to chicken express with a seventy dollar order.I got the sixteen piece family meal with french fries, corn on the cob and poppers, and I got two eighteen pack gizzards, but what I brought home was sixteen piece chicken with three french fries and two twelve packs of liver.
We don't eat liver. Also I ordered it with rolls, and I got biscuits.
It's very disappointing, especially when you spend that amount of money and you expect to get what you order.
I’ve eaten chicken express in Lawton many times over the past three years. Literally every single time, the customer service has been amazing. They treat you like a friend. The food has always been great, and the price can’t be beat. I made the mistake of going to KFC one time since I’ve been here, and will never go again. The customer service sucked!!!! Thank you chicken express for the great food and probably the best people in Lawton.

While I can appreciate the hustle and promptness of service, the rushing was not a great experience with nobody behind us. I had never been and didn’t feel like I could take the time to review the menu. Ended up with not exactly what we intended to get. Probably won’t go back.

Chicken strips still tasted good but SIZE of strips have shrunk down to 3-inches or less. You’ll need to buy a lot more strips if you want the same weight you normally receive. Value has really declined; you may want to look elsewhere for your dinner, especially if you’re buying enough for more than one person. ⚠️When going during off hours (like hour after dinner rush) … you’ll likely get twice fried tenders as they reheat previously cooked tenders … they’re likely to be DRY and HARD and you’ll need plenty of gravy to give them some moisten.
