I’ve eaten chicken express in Lawton many times over the past three years. Literally every single time, the customer service has been amazing. They treat you like a friend. The food has always been great, and the price can’t be beat. I made the mistake of going to KFC one time since I’ve been here, and will never go again. The customer service sucked!!!! Thank you chicken express for the great food and probably the best people in Lawton.
While I can appreciate the hustle and promptness of service, the rushing was not a great experience with nobody behind us. I had never been and didn’t feel like I could take the time to review the menu. Ended up with not exactly what we intended to get. Probably won’t go back.
Chicken strips still tasted good but SIZE of strips have shrunk down to 3-inches or less. You’ll need to buy a lot more strips if you want the same weight you normally receive. Value has really declined; you may want to look elsewhere for your dinner, especially if you’re buying enough for more than one person. ⚠️When going during off hours (like hour after dinner rush) … you’ll likely get twice fried tenders as they reheat previously cooked tenders … they’re likely...
