Food was horrible, steak fajitas were beyond well done... i would say they cooked it to congratulations. Bottomless chips were never refilled so we indeed reached the bottom. Never was offered a refill for anyones drinks. Appetizers werent cleared off the table so everything was stuffed on the table. Probably the single worst dining experience ive ever had and ive eaten meals in an army dfac for years.

We went to have lunch there today 8-2-25 a Saturday. Sat at the bar, ordered a drink, appetizer, & our fajitas. The food was amazing but the person who served us was horrible. Her name was Amanda. There wasn't but a few tables in the whole restaurant & 1 table in the bar area & she came by to ask how our food was & we said good but she acted like she didn't give to craps. If she didn't want to be there you could tell.. We were ready to leave but were waiting for her to come by to ask for a to go box. She was at the hostess stand at the front door & walked all the way around the other side & never looked at us or paid any attention. My husband had 2 go up to the hostess stand to ask someone for the box & then Amanda finally made her way over... She shouldn't be in the restaurant business if she acts like that & doesn't pay attention to her customers. She's lucky she got 15%. I wouldn't have tipped her at all for her lack of service.. My husband made me do that.. Just wanted someone there to know..

I just loved my visit! Me and my partner were extremely satisfied. We had an outstanding server. Our server Issac was just so attentive, humorous, yet extremely professional. He is one of the best servers I've had in the 10 years I've been attending chillis! His service was fast and he was very observant on our drink or chip refills. All in all, I would dine here a million times more as long as there are more workers like Issac! Thankyou so much Chillis!

My wife and I came in for a date night we very rarely get with an economy we live now but managed a date. We sat in the bar and Lisa the bartender took care of us, there was a slight issue with my burger but the manager on duty was quick to fix and take care immediately and I greatly appreciated that. Great drinks, delicious food and good atmosphere was wonderful thank you to all the staff that was so attentive and respectful we definitely will be returning back!

My husband and I come here a lot. Tonight, I noticed a hair in my burger when the waitress set it down. I didn't make a huge deal of it or anything. They were so apologetic and immediately took it and made another fresh. The manager brought it out and said it was taken off the check. Very professional staff!
i have eaten in the restaurant and had a good experience last night I ordered fajitas to go and getting back home i found there were no toppings included for the fajitas, only a side of beans and rice very disappointed as i had had a good experience before

Service was amazing.. food.. yuck!!!!! I ordered a ribeye, medium. It came very well done and swimming in grease. They poured 1/2 a pepper shaker on the broccoli it was overall just disgusting. I was on a double date with my son and didn’t want to make a scene, but I just can’t go back unless it’s for a burger. I will never order a steak there again. They need to take it off their menu.
