We always try and give this place a chance every year or so and always disappoints. The bartender was great per usual. As far as the food goes, the appetizers were worth it but the main courses were way overcooked. Not worth the 25 for the trio fajitas to have no flavor and be so dry. Seems like a training issue. Hope they do better, but we won’t be returning.
Waited an hour for an order I never got. Mod on duty couldn’t care less about restaurant issues around him. Sat there and watched the servers come back repeatedly for there orders and not getting it. All the while he’s just walking around not doing anything 😂. No wonder the service was so slow with leadership like that.

Freeking horrible service from bar We want to drink beer they serving for beer left over to us i think they cheat to customer money and they never sorry they allway ignore customer look like raises Do not go to chilli's and sit to bar one of serving half half color hair lady do not order to her she was bad serving I never seen entire of my life

I was very disappointed our food was cold, except the fries. My sent my chicken back and it was just warm when it came back. Fiance refuses to send his food back anywhere we go so he ate part of his cold burger. They took my meal off of the ticket.

My Ladies Bible study group went for lunch one Tuesday and our waitress was great! Her name was Andria. She was very patient with us and gave us lots of attention. We wanted for nothing! The food was very good and very hot. She managed to serve all 10 of us our entres at pretty much the same time so we got to eat together rather than in shifts like can sometimes happen with large groups. I give the whole experience 10 out of 10!

Highly recommend! They have the best burgers in town! My family loves to eat at this location and we specifically ask to sit in Andria's section because we know we will be well taken care of. She really loves her customers and goes out of her way to make sure they get the attention they deserve. And when she's also tending bar it's even better! She makes the best mixed drinks!!
Quite possibly some of the worst food I’ve ever had. Burger didn’t even taste like real meat. Bun was soggy yet the edges hard as a rock. How?? I couldn’t finish my meal it was so bad it ended up in the trash. Absolutely disgusting!!

After years of not eating at Chili’s I decided to try it tonight. I ordered the Southwest Egg rolls. Absolutely 💯 nasty…..very soggy and cold…..very very disappointed especially after paying almost $14.00 for 3 egg rolls…..very disappointed
Use to love this place. Came in and sat for 25 min without even getting a drink served to iur table..... walked out.

I'm not a picky eater, I just do not even in the slightest like any heat (spicy) on in or around my food. Yes I a wussie! The guacamoles flavor was great but way too many jalapenos. Also broccoli was way way undercooked. Staff was great establishment was clean and neat.
