Went in to get lunch, asked before they even cashed out my order, if they could separate the sweet and sour chicken from the pepper steak, because of the juice from the steak, so my other meat wouldn't be soggy. I was told yes, they would, so the gentleman that took my order informed the owner's niece about the situation. She then states that I will need to order it separately if I want them to separate the meats. I then walk to the counter and told them if it was going to be an issue, just cancel my order, she took her time canceling my order and giving me my money back with an attitude. So I asked if there was a manager that I could speak with and she says, well I am the manager. I then asked if there was someone over her and she says yea, she's my aunt and that the aunt wasn't going to be coming in. I then ask her name which she refused to give me and asks why I want her name. I will never return, especially with that kind of attitude and lack of professionalism.

I've been going there for at least 20 years and yesterday was the worst food I've ever gotten from there. The rice was undercooked and the meat in the wontons was way overcooked
The menu was difficult to read and understand. The food was poor and 2 meals cost over$24

Tbh wish they do card but hey their size for there food is big like super big n there price is still the same like really living in Shawnee but staying over the holidays with the family and I say best price and food size ever
