The only reason I'm giving this place 5 stars is because of Olivia Brandon Jacob and Isaiah other words of give it a zero..... we went there on July 27 2025 and Jacob the manager was amazing because when we got there they were supposed to close at 6 because store manager said to which she is not a good manager anyways and not polite at all but they ended up staying opened until 7 bless these people hearts they were working so hard Olivia Brandon and Jacob and I didn't catch the cook's name but no matter how people was angry rude or upset they were very apologetic and respectful they deserve a 100 stars rating but we wish we had more time to play since we got there late because they were supposed to close at 8 so that was the saddest part but I've been going there years and every time there's a problem you can never catch the store manager because she doesn't want to be bothered so she expects everyone else to handle problems not cool the only reason I'll go back is because of the people I just mentioned keep up the work you all I seen you all stressed but still managed to put smiles on kids and very respectful....

Half my wings were a little charred but ok. The pizza was super greasy. Spouse liked the salad bar but was lacking some ingredients. It's a Chuck E. cheese, you kinda expect mid-level food. Games were enough to occupy our grandchild and kill some time.

If I could give a zero star I would this is the second time we have had horrible service. I got minutes the first time waited to eat and lost all time I paid for the manager didn’t tell us this. This time the manager felt like closing earlier so we couldn’t buy food or anything. They need to fire the manager and get someone who wants to work

Had my daughter's birthday party here. Pizza was ok. Was supposed to have a designated party host but she was all over the place. Told them we wanted the pizzas at the start of the party, they came out 30 mins after. We'll go back as a family but sure won't spend the money on a party again
Had my grandsons birthday party here and it was a great experience. Tons of fun for the whole family.
