Had my daughter's birthday party here. Pizza was ok. Was supposed to have a designated party host but she was all over the place. Told them we wanted the pizzas at the start of the party, they came out 30 mins after. We'll go back as a family but sure won't spend the money on a party again

This location closes at 8pm, on the dot. Their kitchen closes around 6:45/7pm. You can’t get drinks after the kitchen closes. The atmosphere seemed clean and ChuckE danced with the kids. Overall, first time experience was okay; I was just hoping to enjoy some food with games. We’ll probably try this location again at an earlier time and see if our experience is better.

Just a 59 yr old kid, loving being able to be a kid with my 13yr old niece and her 53 yr old Dad. We were kids being kids.... and I had a blast!!!!!

The cook was wearing the same gloves when touching all the food and pagers after all the quest while also wearing the same gloves to pull his pants up every 30 seconds. Took an hour to even get our food which was just an appetizer. For 16$ it was horrible and didn’t even get the hole order.

You barely get any tickets to go get prizes. Everything just gives you one ticket unless you jackpot at 50 and sometimes that's hard to do. If you buy the card with a time limit there's a delay in playing the next game. If you buy points there's no delay. That's a gimmick to me. Some games take longer than a minute. And other games only take 10 seconds. But if you get the time limit, you might find your kid go play with Chucky and not any games or jump on the bouncy house, which is an additional $10 by the way and lose out on your time. Honestly, they're just too expensive for what you get in my opinion. I used to like Chuck-E-Cheese but now spending 50 bucks for 1 hour... I could take my kid to an indoor park for cheaper than that. Please do better Chucky.

We had my granddaughter's 5th birthday party at Chucky E . Cheese. The party person who was supposed to help us was never around. I would have to go find him to find out what we were supposed to do and when. It was ridiculous. Especially considering the cost of the party. I was very disappointed in the service.
