Laziest employees ever. 3 hours left till closing and they decide not to make anymore product. I ordered a four pack and they called me saying they’re not making anymore product and instructed me to cancel my order online. Lazy staff.

I've been here three times. The first time I went the lady was extremely unpleasant and was upset that we wanted to order from Charley's and the Cinnabon at the same time. We shrugged it off to a bad day. Second time was fine but it was a different person. The third time was today and it was the same lady as the first. I tried to order two cream drinks and a lemonade. She cut me off when talking an huffed. she didn't even give me what I ordered. She was rude and harshly put the items on the counter when done. I'm never coming back here.

Bought food here from some guy named gene tackovich he was talking about this type ofwashing machine modell. And would randomly say things like get a lawyer or Better call saul. But i imagne all of that was just normal tomfoolery you do at work theese days.

Took 15 minutes of an employee walking to the front and back for me to decide that my large drink, that I had already paid for along with the food to be finished wasn't worth waiting any longer. Super slow, and unprepared staff at lunch time.

Cinnabon worker was very nice. But the charleys guy employees were very rude talking bad about other associates. Very unprofessional and the guys working the grill didn't have anything gloves on. Very fucking gross. And the lettuce looked brown and welted. And I'm pretty sure there was at least 2 small roaches on the counter.

Do yourself a favor and try this place. I've had nothing but great experiences here and will keep coming back. This place has a great design.

my service was poor and also i paid four classic and only got three the Lady and young Man that where acting like they where so bother we me cause i wanted to buy the hot ones. Makes me not want to come back.
Ok, so it sucks that there is only one Cinnabon in this entire city however, it's very much worth the drive. The baristas are very nice and chipper, the place is clean and they are open until 6pm!!! I love it! The one time I can say I'm happy to be in Lawton
