Wonderful server, but I forgot his name. The person the works in the store is extremely knowledgeable and helped me a great deal. I'm making an extra trip to shop today!Parking: Parking has never been an issue, even when the restaurant has been completely full.Kid-friendliness: The atmosphere is so relaxing and kids are put at ease. Servers don't mind bringing extra plates or cups.

I always order the south west special. This time I did the waitress came back to the table 25 minutes later and said they didn't have that now all it is is hash brown casserole with scrambled eggs and crumbled sausage and biscuits with gravy over the top of it. I reorderd hash brown casserole with gravy and biscuits and eggs they had that. Just don't make sense. 5/19/22 Best advice about the one in Lawton it should be closed till a MANAGER can be found. 2/17/23 thought I would try this location one more time. The waiter was great the coffee hot then the food came out the bacon was barely warm no crispy to it. The biscuits weren't ready with our meal they came out 10 minutes later they were warm just enough to rise and were doughy in the middle. everything on the new menu went up at least $3.00 this place needs to be looked into by corporate this place has been in down fall for years and should be put to rest its food has dropped quality so much it'll probably never recuperate 4/9/24 went in for lunch I ordered the fried chicken dinner and was told the fryer for the chicken is broken. So I ordered something else and about 10 minutes later the waitress brought out three chicken strip dinners when asked about it. I was told it was the fryer for the bone in chicken fryer that was broken not the chicken strip fryer.

Everything was good until a worker decided to take out the glass where they were remodeling and not earn any customers. Sounded like gun fire. Courtesy would have been a warning so customers wild not have been alarmed.

Usually amazing food first time ordering pick up and the collard greens had no flavorParking: Plenty of parking spaces and it can get busy during lunch and dinner
This was the second time to eat at Lawton,Ok restaurant. The food was extremely poor T best. Tonight the fish appeared to have been freezer burned as was the fried okra. Worst food ever & will not try a third time. I’m done eating at Cracker Barrel.

To cut to the chase, I got food poisoning. I ordered the sampler plate and in addition to the food poisoning, the kitchen kept forgetting part of my meal. The server came out and asked where my carrots were. And I didn’t really know how to respond to that so I said I didn’t get them. The server returned and said, “didn’t you get broccoli?” I said I ordered it and then he went back again to get it. The staff was polite but all in all I really hope the quality improves.

Worst service I've ever experienced, went there early morning before 8am no one came to my table. The place was empty. Two customers came in after me ,they were greeted with service immediately, while I was still waiting to be served. Had to address waiter before being acknowledged. By the way I'm black and the two customers at the other 2 tables were white. What a coincidence. One star is the lowest I can rate my experienced.The wait time for your meal is always extra long,,even when the place is almost empty, when I finally received my breakfast it was Luke warm, I like my food hot when it comes to my table, that's not asking too much, especially when it cost me almost $20.00 .I'm a big tipper sadly, I couldn't tip the waiter for the lousy service I received.

When traveling, if I’m’ lucky enough to be staying overnight near a Cracker Barrel I’ll eat there because of the great variety of food on the menu.I’ve been fortunate in that, to date, I have never had a bad meal at any of the locations I’ve visited.
