Great customer service, we were greeted by the entire staff as soon as we walked in. The cashier was friendly and patient with my overly excited kids trying to order. The restaurant was clean, and the food tasted fresh and was delicious.

Went through the drive tru around 4 today and the drive thru worker was not only super sweet but absolutely gorgeous-day made all around.

The drive through staff were so patient, friendly & enjoyable. I was informed by a friendly lady who seemed to be a manager that my onion rings were being fried as soon as I ordered them by the fry cook to ensure they were fresh, hot and crispy! I must admit I was delighted to hear this & I gave a grateful thank you to hear. Then to my surprise, the cook came to the window with smile to say hello & informed me that she will be cooking my order how she likes her food, 🔥 hot, fresh, & crispy. I forgot to get her name so I will call her Ms. New York DQ, where she is from & likes her food cooked & served the same way!! I must say, she absolutely delivered! I will be a repeat customer for my onion ring cravings 😋 👌🏽! She is a keeper DQ!! Keep up the excellence to the entire day staff! I enjoyed my onion rings & those I encountered who were so happy to make me happy at the DQ establishment!!💯👍🏽

Long wait to pick up an online order. It took about 7-10 min before someone even acknowledged me and another 5 min before my food was handed to me. They also fried the chicken in old grease and it was pretty much cold by the time I bit into it. I'll just stick with getting ice cream and not the food.
It was pretty crowded when we went to get ice cream and my first time trying the cherry dipped cone and it was amazing will definitely be getting again. Staff was doing great considering how busy they were they should definitely open another DQ here in Lawton.

Last 3 blizzards have been a waste of money. First 2 times they didn't mix in the stuff and over half was just vanilla ice cream. This time I told them ahead of time the problems I had faced and now they mixed it well. So well they turned them into soup, had to put them in the freezer to eat and not drink them. Tried calling to handle it with the store instead of a review like this but they don't answer the phone.
