Absolute trash food ! I have no clue how this place is still in business, I have tried them 4 times over the past 3 years and it has been garbage every time.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Absolutely Terrible Experience I’ve been a loyal customer of Fatboys Pizza for a long time, but after my recent experience, I will never order from them again. My wife used my credit card to order a pizza while I was bedridden, recovering from a hospital stay and chemo treatments. Despite having used my card many times before without any issues, this time she was told she couldn’t sign for it. She explained that I was sick and had just returned from chemo, but the staff insisted that I come up there with my ID. I’ve never been ID’d for a pizza order before! Unable to believe their lack of empathy, I had to drag myself out of bed to show my ID. When I told them I couldn’t, they said we wouldn’t get our pizza. Frustrated, I told them to stick the pizza where the sun doesn’t shine and demanded to speak to the manager. The manager gave me attitude and hung up on me when I tried to explain the situation. When we finally got the pizza, it was smashed to one side of the box and cold. The next day, I called to speak to the owner, hoping for some resolution. I was promised a callback from the owner, but it’s been three or four days, and I haven’t heard a peep. I understand that businesses have policies, but this was an extremely disappointing and humiliating experience, especially considering my health situation. The lack of compassion and customer service was astounding. I will never order from Fatboys Pizza again and will be sure to share my experience with others.

Their cuisine is a culinary wonder, but what really steals the show is the bold delivery staff, who are little more than cunning charlatans when they arrive. And, when you dare to voice your grievances to them, they have the audacity to complain about their delivery person's inability to provide exact change, even after you generously tip them five dollars on top of the bill. The manager, seemingly indifferent, refuses to take any action against this individual, offering nothing more than spare change as if it's the panacea for all their misdeeds. No apologies, no discounts, no coupons, and certainly no refunds are extended, leaving you utterly dissatisfied. Even Domino's, in all its simplicity, has proven to be a superior replacement. It's a lamentable scenario where, in the face of a mishap, you find yourself forking over an exorbitant delivery fee, a generous tip, payment for the meal, and still, you're met with disrespect from these unapologetic culprits. The lack of communication, abysmal customer service, and subpar delivery of their culinary offerings are beyond disappointing. It's a paradox that their food is amazing, yet the prospect of having it delivered to you is one you'd rather avoid at all costs.

Waited over fourty minutes got home to discover they gave us the wrong pizza even the wrong name, called fat boys, took pizza back got the right one, which was cut like a dipshit had cut it, and wasn't offered an Apology, First and last time at fatboys

The pizzas were dry and did not have much flavor or toppings for a specialty pizza. We won’t choose to order our pizza here again.

This was a great pizza joint and very reasonably priced. Good taste and quickly prepared. The person making our pizza accidentally made us the 28” Gut Buster pizza. What a fun surprise!

Recently been going to other no name pizza. But will start back to Fat Boys. At least my order is correct and hoping a thin crust is a bit crispy.

The pizza we ordered was good but the chicken Alfredo had absolutely no taste, even salt and pepper couldn’t help, please relook at the recipe or take off the menu

Ordered through UberEats, the app said that the restaurant would use their own staff to deliver, cool whatever. We wait until 30 minutes after our "approximate delivery" window because it's Friday and we are sure they're busy. We call and a guy answers and we tell him we wanted to check on an order and he put us on hold, no big deal, he was courteous. Then some woman picked up and said that they have no idea what goes on with UberEats orders, not another word. UberEats says to call the restaurant if there is an issue so that is what we did. If you're gonna offer delivery with a 3rd party, know what is going on. Now almost 2 hours after placing the order we still have no food and not enough time to order something else before work and whatnot.
