Horrible. Rude staff. Sandwich was bloody and manager said they're all a little bloody. Blood was even on the bread. Horrible experience. Called corporate. $20.00 for 1 sandwich which was thrown away. They don't look bloody in their photos. Horrible staff. Hope they get closed down.

I like the subs but customer service, people, customer service. Because of the wonderful snow storm, I appreciate they were open. Going thru the drive through, after repeating the order back to us, we got home and were missing several items from our order. My awesome husband faced the cold, ice and snow again. I will mention the manager on duty was very apologetic. But no one in the drive thru nor in the dining room, not the lunch rush or dinner crowd where I would expect simple errors. Firehouse, you can do better.
