Firo Fire Kissed Pizza Lawton

It was our first time at that restaurant and we were not familiar with the menu or the process of ordering. The servers did well helping us get our order complete. We ordered 2 pepperoni pizzas and a small salad. I asked for a little more lettuce so the server asked the general manager who had a very nasty attitude and said we would need to pay for a large salad if I wanted extra lettuce. Her attitude was so nasty that the cashier and server apologized, and a server added a little more lettuce to my takeout container. If it was for the servers I would have rated the restaurant much less.

This place is so wonderful. The pies are made in front of you with all the fresh ingredients for you to look at the place on your pie. For a single small, normal size personal pan pizza, the prices are about 7.50, which is enough to feed an adult. My experience and everything has always been pleasant. Pies are cooked in a large wood fired oven (from the looks of it), an average meal w/ drinks will set you back about 11.50. This place offers fundraising for groups like football or school just inquire with management. The business next to this place makes maneuvering to firo parking area tricky.

How are you going to advertise fresh sliced jalapenos and then when I get to the restaurant they are pickled. The only reason I wanted the jap popper pizza was because of the fresh sliced pizza. Whoever thought this was a good idea to try and sneak pickled japs to save money is a moron and a cheapskate

Nice place to grab a personalized pizza for 1. I customized my own pizza. The service was very good. My pizza was done quickly, and it tasted delicious. One of the employees even refilled the Tobasco bottles as they only had one bottle out, and it was practically empty. Great place to grab a quick bite to eat.

I love building my own piazza. And my own salad. I get the flavor profile I want. And none of it goes to waste

Been eating there for years now, alway had great food. Today was a total disappointment. Pizza was over cooked and stuff wasn't changing gloves out between answering phone and handling food.

The food here is amazing (especially the Jalapeño Popper Pizza). Usually we have excellent service but today was the exception to the rule. I watch a young man answer the phone while wearing gloves. No problem until he immediately started handling food with thw same gloves on. I asked him to change his gloves before he pulled my pizza out of the oven. He asked why and I explained what I witnessed. I was not confrontational, I just asked him if he would change his gloves, please. He said sure then IGNORED ME. H e went right back to what he was doing and pulled my pizza out of the oven with the SAME gloves on. This is a serious health concern especially with covid and flu season ramping up again.

We got pizza last night, after a long day of moving. The crust was so hard it was hard to eat. The bottom was burned and hard ! I know it's fired kissed but not cardboard kissed ! We've eaten here many times and this was awful! I picked up a piece and big , black charred crust falls off in chunks! Not coming back

Enjoyed the pizza. Mine was a simple, thin crust, mozzarella garlic, onion pizza. It was nice and hot and delicious. I look forward to visiting Firo again.
