Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

I had a smash burger, 2 hotdogs for my kids and another smash burger for my son. Add in a shake for them to share and it came out to 50 dollars. Don't know why it was so expensive. Other then the price the food was good. Had a great time with my kids and loved the shake.

Freddy’s used to be the shining star in my dining galaxy a solid 4-star favorite for about a year. I couldn’t get enough of those crispy fries and juicy burgers! But recently? It’s like the whole place went on vacation, and they forgot to leave a note. The crew seems to have misplaced their “order fulfillment” manual because, more often than not, they manage to forget at least one thing from my order. You know, the stuff I actually paid for like that extra fry that I was really looking forward to or that sauce I specifically requested because let’s face it, food without sauce is just sad. And here’s the best part: when I ask about the missing item, they act like I’ve asked for their firstborn child. It’s as if I’m the one who’s the inconvenience here, not the fact that I paid for something that’s not on my plate.

It’s gotten to the point where I’m half expecting a wild game of "Where's Waldo?" but the missing item is the fries, and Waldo’s hiding in the back kitchen, probably eating my order. I want to keep giving Freddy’s the benefit of the doubt, but at this rate, they might need to change their slogan to “Freddy’s: where the fries are... sometimes."

Went thru the drive thru and order was not correct. Bacon was left off the bacon burger. We were traveling and couldn't return. Not impressed with the thin burger patties. Won't be returning anytime soon.

We have been to This location several times lately and they are always out of the cheese curds no signs hanging up no notifications before hand! It’s getting ridiculous. We love the food but why can’t they get the cheese curds? The only thing my grandson wants. Very disappointing

If you like to get yelled at by the employees this is your place. Messed up the order went to talk to the counter and was instructed to call corporate was not their problem. Hell of a way to maximize your profit take customers money without delivering products ordered then threaten the customer way to win in life
