We went to thru the Drive Thru on Jan 27 2026. The person that took my order was really nice and when I looked at my recipt everything was correct. I ordered a Strawberry Shake - They Modified to that instead of a Strawberry Shortcake. They gave me a strawberry shortcake. It was pretty good but not what I asked. I ordered also a Freddies Bacon Double and man when I tell you what a horrible Burger. It was overcooked and COLD. How is that possible? Won't be going back there because they WERE NOT BUSY! Unacceptable. I should have taken a picture but I was too mad that I paid 30 Dollars for my GF and I's meal and we got crappy burgers.

wouldnt recommend coming here if youre in a rush. we sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes , almost 30. there wasnt even anyone else in the parking lot, and only one other person in the drive thru with us. when we finally got our order taken she sounded very rude and almost annoyed. even cut me off multiple times. food was good, though.

wow! amazing! delicious! never fails to hit the spot. the cheese curds are always cooked to perfection. wow. one of the best fast casual spots ive ever tried. top three freddys locations ive been to. eating here is like going to disney world.

It was very clean, fast,courteous servious.Bathrooms were clean. Music was bit loud in bathrooms. All interactions with staff were professional and super friendly. No one was standing around idly even though it was a slow time we were in.

Okay, so I decided to come here for lunch. Because it was something I hadn't had in a while. This was a complete disappointment. My fries were cold for starters. And to top it off, my sandwich, had parchment paper cooked in it. From either the meat or the cheese, I don't know because I didn't make it. I tried to call the number to talk to a manager. But apparently they either disconnect the phone. So no one can complain, or they just choose to leave it off the hook.
But this is completely unacceptable.
After the mishap. My order was initially incorrect, but the staff handled it very well. I spoke to the manager personally, and they were very understanding and quick to fix the issue. The order was completely remade perfectly, and the service overall was excellent. Greatly appreciated.

Ugh. Such a good experience that most of the town has been lacking. Upon walking in, the atmosphere of the restaurant was on point. They seemed busy with drive thru but were still quick enough to take our order. We were also offered complimentary water which was nice and thoughtful. Our food came very fast and our ice cream came at the perfect time. The manager came by and asked if everything was good and even offered to take our tray. This was our first time visiting Freddy's in town and we will be coming back. Thanks!

1. Customer service was AWFUL, to busy playing around and making jokes about the customers coming in.

2. Food was EXTREMELY greasy dripping in grease.

3. The whole time I was eating I saw the cashier rub her fingers on the ice cream syrup nozzles and lick it off her fingers.
Without washing hands. Definitely didn't want Ice cream afterwards.

4. Extremely dirty, disgusting establishment. Smelled gross.

never give me fry sauce like i asked. she said it was in the bag but there was none. absolutely none. i worked all day and wanted some fry sauce with my french fries but these idiots can’t put sauce in the bag. trash

It was my absolute first time ever having Freddy's or Custard. Both of which were excellent and super good! I genuinely had no idea what to expect for it but loved it entirely. The drive thru was my choice today for convenience and it was done quickly, beautifully and the lady taking my order and giving me my food was super kind and friendly! I loved it!
