Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

Ugh. Such a good experience that most of the town has been lacking. Upon walking in, the atmosphere of the restaurant was on point. They seemed busy with drive thru but were still quick enough to take our order. We were also offered complimentary water which was nice and thoughtful. Our food came very fast and our ice cream came at the perfect time. The manager came by and asked if everything was good and even offered to take our tray. This was our first time visiting Freddy's in town and we will be coming back. Thanks!

Went by this morning, same friendly crew as always. Cleaner than most places in town with good burger and fry.

1. Customer service was AWFUL, to busy playing around and making jokes about the customers coming in.

2. Food was EXTREMELY greasy dripping in grease.

3. The whole time I was eating I saw the cashier rub her fingers on the ice cream syrup nozzles and lick it off her fingers.
Without washing hands. Definitely didn't want Ice cream afterwards.

4. Extremely dirty, disgusting establishment. Smelled gross.

never give me fry sauce like i asked. she said it was in the bag but there was none. absolutely none. i worked all day and wanted some fry sauce with my french fries but these idiots can’t put sauce in the bag. trash

It was my absolute first time ever having Freddy's or Custard. Both of which were excellent and super good! I genuinely had no idea what to expect for it but loved it entirely. The drive thru was my choice today for convenience and it was done quickly, beautifully and the lady taking my order and giving me my food was super kind and friendly! I loved it!

I have been to this establishment several times the last few months and every time I’ve been there it is dirty. The floors need to be mopped the windows are dirty the tables have food on them. If it was busy it would be easy to understand but today was a child’s birthday with 5 employees at a table and no one at the register.

Stopped here for some late milkshakes everyone enjoyed their shakes and service was fast!

First time eating at Freddy's and absolutely loved every bite. Hamburgers are definitely a MUST try!

I had to ask for all the sauces for my order and a bottle of sauce they didn't give me. They also forgot a whole milkshake I ordered. The food was alright. I'd give it a second chance for the jalapeño burger, but first impression wasn't the best for this place.
