Ugh. Such a good experience that most of the town has been lacking. Upon walking in, the atmosphere of the restaurant was on point. They seemed busy with drive thru but were still quick enough to take our order. We were also offered complimentary water which was nice and thoughtful. Our food came very fast and our ice cream came at the perfect time. The manager came by and asked if everything was good and even offered to take our tray. This was our first time visiting Freddy's...

It was my absolute first time ever having Freddy's or Custard. Both of which were excellent and super good! I genuinely had no idea what to expect for it but loved it entirely. The drive thru was my choice today for convenience and it was done quickly, beautifully and the lady taking my order and giving me my food was super kind and friendly! I loved it!

I have been to this establishment several times the last few months and every time I’ve been there it is dirty. The floors need to be mopped the windows are dirty the tables have food on them. If it was busy it would be easy to understand but today was a child’s birthday with 5 employees at a table and no one at the register.
