Waited till now to visit this place. The parking lot has been packed every day since they opened. Okay first impression. Large menu selection and mostly reasonable prices. ( $10 for 2 cups of plain decaf is a little much ) The food was edible but nothing to brag about, It's obvious alot of money was invested in this place to make it look nice but only quality food will keep people coming back on a regular basis.

Was really hoping for a great experience but it was just so so. Pancakes were ok. I can only drink decaf and they kept trying to refill me with regular coffee. Different cups for decaf drinkers would be helpful. The person who brought our food out didn't ask us who had what, she just sat it down on the table. She was management too.

By far the worst dining experience I've had. Took a two year old and my daughter... was greeted nicely... all down hill from there. The waitress greeted and we placed our order and proceeded to wait for over an hour and a half for a couple of normal breakfast items. People seated around us who got there 45 minutes after us all got their food fairly quickly so we finally asked where ours was and after quite some time she said our ticket was fourth in line... mind you EVERYONE had their food by then. We didn't even order fancy stuff, just regular breakfast. I asked for the manager that just basically blamed it on a bad crew that day. Unacceptable. It honestly seemed like our waitress forgot to submit our order because when it finally did come out, half of it was wrong - like she had tried to do it from memory so she didnt have to admit her mistake. Overall, we wasted 2 hours of our day at this place and ended up with lukewarm food. DO BETTER. The manager's attitude was so indifferent that it only made it more frustrating.

Visited this restaurant for brunch with my wife. Although the restaurant was very busy, our wait for a table was only about five minutes. The atmosphere was lively and somewhat loud, but still comfortable enough to hold a normal conversation across the table.
Once seated, we placed our order within a few minutes. It took a noticeable amount of time for water to arrive, and the alcoholic beverages took several more minutes after that. One of the drinks (the Café Caramelo) arrived watered down. Our waitress, who was consistently polite and attentive, explained that the bartender was training someone at the time and offered to have the drink remade. The remake, however, never came out. The other drink (El Mangito) was well-prepared and enjoyed. The watered-down drink was removed from the check.
Food came out in a reasonable amount of time. The Eggs Benedict with chorizo was flavorful and well-prepared. My Reuben sandwich had good overall flavor, though the meat was noticeably dry. The “loaded tots” were underwhelming, with only minimal toppings that did not match the expectation of a loaded side. The final total after the drink adjustment was just under $50
Overall, the experience was mixed. Friendly service and a good atmosphere were definite positives, but drink consistency and some food execution issues detracted from the visit. With some refinement in preparation and follow-through, this location has strong potential to offer a more consistently satisfying brunch experience

Was seated and about 10 minutes later someone was seated across from us. The waitress came about 5 minutes after that served them first then us. Our food and the other persons food came out before our drinks did. And the drinks you people are mad. There was no pricing on the menu for drinks and my wife ordered an apple juice, and they charged 4.75 plus a $2 large upgrade which nobody asked for. Almost 7 bucks for an apple juice! The food was delicious I really dont have any complaints about that. The food itself was priced fairly. But 7 dollars for an apple and 5 bucks for mid black coffee and crap service has my mind blown. The place wasn't packed maybe y'all gotta be more attentive. Also stop charging 7 bucks for some apple juice. Wild

The service is great, fast and friendly, second, the food was amazing and tasty, and last but not least the atmosphere and people were friendly and caring. You need to go visit Hatch and enjoy the food and people. I recommend Celina Rodriguez as your waitress. She's awesome.

Great patio which I'm a huge fan of outside options. The service is always spot on and the drinks are good. The food is good but very bland. There is not much flavor to anything ive had there besides the tumblers (hash brown balls) which are amazing! Happy to have another nice breakfast place in Lawton though.
