Love the music the play THATS ALL!!! First time my family and I went food was decent. Now food was horrible customer service was horrible they just simply do not care. Older ladies in the store very rude and not friendly at all.

Walked in with family around 2:30 the food was old by the time you sit down to eat is ice cold they knew the food was old an has been sitting out since they open. On top of that fusion had the audacity to change me full price I've spent 80 bucks on old,cold food I do. Not recommend bringing your family here.

We went a few weeks ago, sat down with are plates and ate and then we heard mice noise and the table behind us was empty so my husband looked under and behind the table and found 5 baby mice , we told the manger and he said he was going to call exterminator.

Chicken on a stick wasn't cooked through. Three piece I picked up were still pink in the middle, being very careful as I had food poisoning from this place a year ago. Be careful.

The absolutely worst buffet EVER! Food was not hot, scarce, and disgusting. No customer service at all. Felt like robots waiting on you. If there was a negative star, they would be that rate. I am just praying that my husband or I don't get food poisoning. If you want good chinese food, please go somewhere else, Fusion Buffet is not it. Just visiting, but I wouldn't feed my dog this food.
