Being back in town for the last couple of months I have attended Hype consistently during the week. I love seeing the staff, getting my favorite drink, and starting my day off right.
I was in hype the 2 times the lady below came in! She was rude to the employees and the other customers! The 2 employees in there working were shaken. I’ve been going to hype for a few years and all the employees have been awesome! They always answer all my questions! Best teas/shakes around! Best customer service!
My tea was sooo delicious. I can’t remember the name but it’s a popular drink it had strawberry w/ starburst ??? so good. I would def order it again. The protein balls were good. I gave 3 stars for service because I asked the employee about drinks choices. She didn’t seem to knowledgeable about all the popular drinks. She only gave me one drink she could think of (the one I’m posting??). I just think as an employee you should be knowledgeable of all your most ordered drinks...
