To Whom It May Concern,
I am writing to formally express my concern and disappointment regarding an incident that occurred at your Lawton, Oklahoma IHOP location today, July 14, 2025, around 1:00 PM.
While I was inside the restaurant eating, I came outside to find IHOP employees sitting on my motorcycle without my permission. This is completely inappropriate, disrespectful, and a violation of my personal property.
My motorcycle is a valuable piece of equipment and not something anyone should be handling, especially not employees on the clock. This behavior shows a serious lack of professionalism and could have resulted in damage or injury.
I expect this issue to be addressed immediately with the staff involved, and I would appreciate a follow-up regarding what action will be taken to ensure it does not happen again — to me or any other customer.

I went in to get the classic burger that came with fries to go for about $12. It took about 10 mins to get it but the wait was so worth it! The bun was toasted buttery, so much delicious cheese perfectly melted on a big juicy patty cooked to perfection, with the perfect amount of veggies. Wow! The fries were not bad but that burger makes me want to go back and taste all the burgers they have! That to go box is awesome it kept my food beautiful and hot until I was able to eat it. I'll be coming back soon.

We went on a Thursday and it was busy for breakfast. the waitress was fast and friendly. the food was cooked just right and was hot and delicious. The air conditioning vent was dripping onto the floor in the area we were sitting. That would be the only downgrade I would give them.

**read till the end of this if you're looking for an honest review** Long story short, I ordered offline and I didn't get the order I requested in the condition it should have been. So I reached out to IHOP and a manager got back with me in a great time frame. She immediately apologized and you could hear the genuine sincerity in her voice, something you don't hear much of anymore. She was SO kind, SO great at listening to my concerns and you could hear it in the background that she had a lot going on. With all being said, my issue was taken care of and she definitely is the only reason I will ever try IHOP again. Thank you Crystal!!!!!

Why don’t you take down them Covid screens down. I ate there this week and they make the place uncomfortable and unpleasant. they also nasty looking when kid’s putting their dirty hands all over them
