I ordered a $40 meal online @ 12 pm I paid extra for curly fries ( Didn’t get my fries I bought a cheeseburger meal & didn’t get my fries nor did I get any picante sauce with my husbands 3 burritos. This is the 2nd time this happen to me
A young black lady was extremely disrespectful after feeling that I called out my name in a rude tone and refused to give me a cup of water at 11:17 AM along with my order. I do not plan on going to this Jack in the Box location going forward as a result.

I went to the drive through at 1115 pm. I was told in a very angry voice that they cannot serve anyone who is not door dash due to short staff. That means they have no leadership. I went there a couple years ago and got horrible food. I decided to try it again one more time and I couldn't even get service. The Jack in the box's elsewhere are usually good. DO NOT GO HERE. They have no management and cannot even support the city of Lawton.

They got the worst attitudes over here big old light skinned football playing looking chick with a badass attitude got her child sitting up in there rubbing on her hair as she's getting people's orders and touching people's food this is the reason people are getting sick I'll never come here again

This spot is garbage, owner/operator likes to threaten people who ask for refunds and follow them to parking lot and continues to harass, unprofessional managers/owners, dirty parking lot, filthy restrooms, smell of urine is strong, no paper towels for drying hands, electric hand dryer inoperable, needs new owner someone who actually cares about customer service as we'll as quality of food and presentation, this Jack in the Box is the worst fast food establishment I have encountered in the United States, pretty bad when all owners look for is money, you have to have edible products to make money, when you don't have proper ingredients ....don't sell sandwiches without all the ingredients ts that are supposed to be on it, unlike your location who sells Ultimate Breakfast Sandwich with a piece of gross ham or turkey not sure , couldn't tell and microwaved until it was liquid cheese. JACK IN THE BOX should definitely close this down or make you change the name because you do not uphold the standard and try to create your own. I can't get a hold of anyone who cares either, just let this location serve garbage.

Ordered a 6pc boneless Wing honey garlic. Sadly I can't tell you if it was good or not because there was hardly any sauce on them. The fries was good as always. And most of the tiny Tacos was good s few of them was basically empty shells. Kinda feel like I got ripped off.

Locks the doors at 10:00 pm, I was walking didn't know that so, they just spin the fingers to go to drive thru, order online and it was carry out, but I had to call to understand why than I felt more upset, and walk away. I very upset, I didn't want the food anymore than standing in that drive thru any longer .

The lady who took our order was so rude, She got mad at us for answering a question she had about our order and as we went on, got mad because we wanted to take off a vegetable that came on our burger and said you know your paying for the stuff your taking off of your burger right, thankfully we when pulled up a much sweeter lady helped us and was very nice and the food tastes good.
