Came through the drive thru a whole 2 hours before closing and was told they were too busy with online orders to take my order, which made me have to back out of their drive thru, seeing as how their is no exit once you enter.

Great food love the tacos, the crew was young and were not socialized well took a bit to get their attention and they seemed put off by the idea of having to put their phones down and serve customers!,manager had to come from Texas to clean house but seemed just as unaccomidating as the rest gave the second star out of sheer good will lol!

This place has improved so much since last time I was here. I ordered the jumbo jack cheeseburger by itself for $5.49 and i only waited 2 minutes for it. The bun was amazing, plenty of flavorful cheese, the patty was good sized and plain but with all the lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles the mayo and the ketchup it was a perfect conjunction. Despite of the cashier being so apathetic, the food was very good and I will give them another chance after this.

Some of the food was hot and some cold. The fries were over cooked. We were in the drive thru for 45 minutes. We expected a long wait as it was midnight, and there was only a few places open, but dang! The employees were not rude-it was just slow.

Passing through town and wanted some jack in the box since we don’t have one in our city where we live. I understand we had a large order for my kids and I but the worker REFUSED to take our order cause it would put them past like 2 minutes past closing. Very rude, DEFINITELY NOT coming to this one if we pass through again. Would not recommend to anyone.

Friendly, they ran out of fish which is why I stopped here. OMG, they had tocas which were the worse I ever tasted and toooo greasy. Grease ruined up my shirt. But the bacon cheese burger was good.

Although the service here is typically decent- if Brooke is at the box you’re going to have an awful experience. Brooke does not need to work in a customer service atmosphere. Rude doesn’t even cover it. Ask a simple question and she snaps at you, try to order and she cuts you off and interrupts to rush you… speed up your order and she snaps at you to hold on that she can’t put it in that fast. Brooke should stick to a job where she doesn’t have to interact with humans… or animals bc they don’t deserve the way she acts either.
