Smells like weed coming from drive thru. Both drive thru reps under garments(sagging pants) were showing. Making it very uncomfortable to even accept or reject meal.

Usually their food is really good but the staff almost always act like they’d rather be somewhere else. We went through the drive-thru and the guy was trying to send us off without giving us our drink. Got home, realized they left part of my order out the bag. Ugh.

Horrible costumer service. Lady working up front on 11/14/25 at 11:30 am was treating customers rudely. We ended up walking out after seeing how rude she was. Doesn’t even deserve a one star.!

I really haven't done a review of this Jack in the box yet, after posting 2 photos of the Sourdough Jack, cause of my business scheduled. Well! At least I took the time to look up on the only Jack in the box, we only have in Lawton, Oklahoma, and I have to say I wasn't disappointed with the food that they made, (Even know it may look weird) but I do have a problem with their service, more than their trouble employee issues, especially it takes a long time to get your food order to you, in your car, plus the restaurant looks dirty from the inside, from the tables you sit in, to the soda fountain, maybe the bathrooms as well. Anyways, good but alright food there, but there's a lot of problems they really need to fix.
I have it was either a manager of the young girl or she's an employee and she was rude to me because I was asking about how long the food was taking. I asked why is that one woman not doing anything but talking to others and walking behind the counter and the one woman that was being rude to me she said well she doesn't even work here why was she behind the counter
