Great food! Had a sub maker stop making food so that he could completely disassemble the meat cutter to clean it completely to make a sandwich for us bc Mama needed a gluten free sandwich. I was completely impressed. We happened to be there on a day that they were giving all proceeds to charity. It was packed! I believe the young man’s name that did the sandwich was Tyler but honestly can’t remember. He’s the young man in the middle of the pic.

Placed an online order. Husband accidentally ordered gluten free bread. He called to get regular bread because he’s tried the gluten free once before and hated it. They found his ordered. The lady that he had been talking to then placed a male on the phone to which he said “you ordered gluten free bread. You paid for the gluten free bread (is an added fee to get gluten free). You don’t want to waste that.” My husband told him he didn’t care that he accidentally paid for the gluten just to change the bread and not worry about the difference. The guy then said “no it’s made now and you don’t want to waste that bread”. He’s the paying customer and paid for the said gluten free and they still got the extra money for the crappy gluten free and would not change it. I’ve been a manger at fast food. I’ve made the same correction. It’s not hard.

Nice store in Lawton. Definitely fully staffed so that was nice to see.

angela your store manager. is rude mean and inconsiderate an employee was making my sandwiches and bagging them up cutting them the way I asked him to. She reached over a very mean or rude way and said you need to stop what you’re doing and do what I asked you which is roll these sandwiches. I can’t do your job and my job at the same time when the young man was ringing up my order, took his gloves off to ring my order how you gonna turn around and ask him to turn around and make sandwiches after he had been touching money I have been working on my order. She was very mean and rude to him and I didn’t appreciate it. It almost makes you wanna not come back to a place or you know manager treats their staff that way if he was doing the job you asked him to do which was make the sandwich, dressed the sandwich cut the sandwich wrap the sandwich that’s exactly what he was doing. Can he do things he was doing one thing at a time was being very rude and very unprofessional when she spoke to him the way she did in front of me and I did not appreciate it

Jessica Riddle..makes this place worth going to . Her attention to detail and the way she is concerned about them makes the experience more glorious. You guy have a diamond in her being there. Thanks

I've dined at this Jersey Mike's for many years now. I've always had great service and enjoyed the sandwiches.
The fountain root beer is great and the veggies on my sandwiches are always extremely fresh.

The subs were terrific!

I visited Jersey Mike’s around 6 PM to placed my order, but the female employee behind the counter took two orders from customers who arrived after me. When I spoke up about the situation, she didn’t apologize. I brought this to the attention of a male employee, who made excuses for her behavior. This is unacceptable, and I regret not leaving the store. If the store manager sees this, please reach out; the entire crew’s performance needs to be addressed. As a Director, I expect better service.
