Jersey Mike's Subs

I visited Jersey Mike’s around 6 PM to placed my order, but the female employee behind the counter took two orders from customers who arrived after me. When I spoke up about the situation, she didn’t apologize. I brought this to the attention of a male employee, who made excuses for her behavior. This is unacceptable, and I regret not leaving the store. If the store manager sees this, please reach out; the entire crew’s performance needs to be addressed. As a Director, I expect better service.

Store #23013/Lawton, OK store: Ordered Subs To Go … VERY Disappointed to learn they are no longer using their delicious deli style kosher pickles and are now using “Regular Hamburger Dill Pickle Slices” on their sandwiches. They took a very special ingredient that made their subs a cut above others and downgraded to a cheaper, below par ingredient. Might as well just get a Subway or Jimmy John’s sub.

Management lets a crazy 5’6” heavy 50yo black woman panhandle for money. I offer her a sub and she keyed my car! Trespass her

Literally the best Jersey Mike’s I’ve been to! I walked in right at closing and everyone was working on their closing duties. I kindly asked if it was too late and the guy was more than willing to make me a sandwich. He could’ve said no, he could’ve gave me a sub par sandwich but he didn’t and I appreciate it. I’ll gladly be back to visit this location.

Food is good only issue is when I order pickup my food is never correct either it is a complete different sandwich than I ordered or the bread is wrong. Employees are generally friendly and the place is usually clean

I went in 40 minutes before they closed and EVERYTHING was already put away. I was never asked what I wanted on my sandwich, so once he started wrapping it up I told him to hold on because I wanted different veggies (but the veggies I wanted were already put up so I was told that they’re getting ready to close so they couldn’t get them back out) The woman that rang me up had an attitude as if she was mad that I was even there. I watched the couple that was behind me start their order and the employees were rushing and rude to them as well. This was my first time eating at this establishment and very much so my LAST. I work in the food/customer service industry and I’m completely flabbergasted at how this establishment is being ran.

I eat Jersey Mikes weekly. It’s my favorite place but this location has consistently been going down hill. This is one restaurant I never feel the need to check my food if I order online. But the last 2 months have been awful here. Every online order is wrong. Every. Single. Time. It’s so frustrating. Even the workers, they are different and they no longer greet you when you come in and they rush you through the line and your sandwich is made so sloppy. But since I started coming here last July they were so nice and caring , now they just don’t. Don’t know what changed but it sucks.. So disappointing

Aleena takes such good care of me and my family come here. So friendly and attentive. Very quick and diligent with the way she works, and always with a wonderful smile! Highly recommend!
