I asked for a water cup to go with my sandwich and I was given a small paper cone cup (similar to what you got fluoride out of in elementary school or what is at a hotel gym - it is pointed at the bottom so it can’t be set down) and a rude look.
I understand problems with people stealing soda, but please offer a small clear plastic cup. I paid $10 for a sandwich and should be able to get atleast a cup of water.

Worst Jimmy Johns Ever!!! Placed a order for delivery and got only half my order. Not only that I paid for delivery but they had the audacity to ask me to pick it up. So theft of service is what they promote.

Very disrespectful employees in there. They messed up my order and then accused me of trying to get a free sandwich. Their employees were very unprofessional and tried to make a YouTube scene out of the situation. Police got called.. they lied and said they voided my ticket and that I demanded cash from the till. Why would I do that when they simply owed me a sandwich they didn't put in the bag in the first place? This whole situation was uncalled for and unfortunate since I do enjoy the sandwiches. To treat customers the way the "management" did there speaks volumes as to the character of the people they hire. Some of those employees were polite and quiet and did not get involved. Some of them though were lying and possibly trying to steal from the register by printing fake tickets.
I complained to corporate.

First timers! And we had a terrible time .. husband ordered a turkey and cheese and never once was asked if he would like to add any veggies to it!Only after I ordered the club sandwich and noticed the fresh veggies that could be added.When my husband asked if he could add veggies, he was told " your sandwich is already made!" Poor customer service .. needless to say, we'll go to Firehouse from now on.
