My scrambled eggs were overcooked. I eat them Soft Scrambled (undercooked), and the grits were way too thick and difficult to eat. The grandkids' pancakes were pretty stiff and hard to cut (reminded me of frozen pancakes). It was very disappointing.

I am addressing this complaint to the owner Randy. My brother and I have been regular customers at Jimmy’s Eggs since 2022, and on 1-18-25 at 11:30am my brother and I went in to have a late breakfast, and the server Page whom we requested to wait on us had no tables available we told hostess we would wait. I asked the hostess if Page could wait on us in a different section, she asked the General Manager Megan in front of us and the GM Megan said “NO” and was very rude about it, 10 minutes later another server (Faith) came by us while Page stood there apologizing to us for the long wait and told her she could use one of her open tables to wait on us. I commend Faith for the great team player that she is. As for the GM Megan she needs to learn how to be more professional because last time I check customers are the ones that help pay her salary. I was a waitress for 25 years and always believed in team work because at the end of the day we were just trying to keep our customers happy so they would come back to see us again.

I was seated waitress cleaning tables said someone be right with you two other people were seated by the host I was there before two other tables were even seated they both had coffee and getting there order taken when I walked out I see waitress have there stations but get people there drink suck it up a little and do what's right

Biscuits were so hard and gravy didn’t even soften them too much. Gravy was watered down and no flavor. The waitress was nice but didn’t see much of her. Have to order an entire meal just to be able to get an order of biscuits and gravy. Don’t have an order of just plain biscuits and gravy. Waitress said had to order an entire meal to get it. Definitely not worth $30 for 2 people. Will be added to list of not going back./0

The specialty ice coffee was gross. Odvioudly some cheep coffee. We ordered our food and thirty min after the waitress comes to out table to tell us how the biscuts were in the oven and it be another 15-30 min and she could just put our food in the warmer until the biscuts were done. We asked for our food that was done and they brought us hard pancakes and cold eggs and sausage. The kitchen was really loud and we heard all about a fight where the female hit someone. Will never return do not waste your money.

Great place to stop and dine in. This is one of my go-to breakfast stopz. The eggs served here are not the average size. So, normally, I tend to add 2 to 3 eggs to my meal, but here it's not necessary but still a habit. So w/ that said, I often do order an additional egg or two and end up stuffed as opposed to jus satisfied. My favorite meal here is the traditional breakfast 1 meat of choice from the listed optionz for me, chicken fried steak, eggs my way (overmedium), and 2 sides (I choose either a side of avocados w/ biscuits and gravy or hashbrowns instead of the biscuits and gravy.

Dillon was our server on Sunday and he was awesome. You could tell he was new and nervous but he did great double checking our orders to make sure they were right. The food was the best we have had in a while too. One side note...grilled onions mean color not just big hunks on the heat for ten seconds. If they are still hard they are not ready.
