My scrambled eggs were overcooked. I eat them Soft Scrambled (undercooked), and the grits were way too thick and difficult to eat. The grandkids' pancakes were pretty stiff and hard to cut (reminded me of frozen pancakes). It was very disappointing.

I am addressing this complaint to the owner Randy. My brother and I have been regular customers at Jimmy’s Eggs since 2022, and on 1-18-25 at 11:30am my brother and I went in to have a late breakfast, and the server Page whom we requested to wait on us had no tables available we told hostess we would wait. I asked the hostess if Page could wait on us in a different section, she asked the General Manager Megan in front of us and the GM Megan said “NO” and was very rude about...

The food was pretty good, I really like the queso burrito. The person next to me ordered avocado toast and it looked really good, I'll try that next. Taylor was an awesome, very attentive.
