The customer service here is lacking, especially for doordashers. I arrived to pick up a DoorDash order and I was told by the one person running the store that she would not be looking at DoorDash orders for a little bit, since there were several people in line. I waited in line, like what is normal, and several people came in the door behind me. Once it was my turn in line, I told her that I needed to pick up the order and she told me that I needed to wait more before she would look at the DD orders. How is this fair? People came in after me, got their food and left, before she would even considered putting together my order for 12 glazed donuts. So then, once the building had finally cleared out, she started looking at the DoorDash orders. But then more people came through the door so she put my order aside and helped the in-person guests. This is not the way to treat customers. DoorDash customers are still paying customers. POOR customer service. I would give 0 stars if it let me.

I got the 🍓Strawberry Turnovers 🍓and let me tell you it's heavenly. it's cream filled with real strawberry slices with a glazed donut 😭 TO DIE FOR!!! I also saw these two sprinkle donuts with race cars on them and it made me think of my little nephews and how excited they would be to get those. very great idea ❤️ they have so many donuts to pick from and all look very unique. They even have cute little black and white cow shaped donuts. 50/10 would recommend 😩😩😩😩😩😩😩😩😩😩😩
