The customer service sucks and they don't even check up on you. You be standing at the counter for 10 mins before anybody any acknowledges you and them it's a head game to get a full order to dine in. The food was old and cold as well!!

Consumer (customers) beware of this location. Contacting on professionalism, regarding service provided through third party apps. No management is willing to converse with me over the phone via voice. Do not order from this location at all from any third party apps, as in door dash, uber eats, grub hub, etc.
I ordered on Door Dash. Phenomenal dasher btw. However I threw my chicken in the trash because it looked and tasted like the chicken was refried. It was hard, burnt, and salty. Keep in mind I ordered the original, not the original burnt crispy option. Never ordering again. Mash potatoes were also dry. Coleslaw and fires were great. The free chicken sandwich that was offered saved the day šš¼

I guess they made too much food this week and are selling the stale remains this weekend. Husband got a bucket with 2 sides and the chicken isnt even eatable, I will not have him pick it up for me again

8/1/25 6 pm ā¦I am out $16. My food wasnāt edible. The chicken was so dry.. like it sat there for hours.. under a lamp.
I couldnāt eat it. Iām a nurse who bought it for a 12 hr shift. It had no flavor.
The cashier was indifferent š and dismissive. Wonāt returnā¦ seriously- donāt bother..
