I guess they made too much food this week and are selling the stale remains this weekend. Husband got a bucket with 2 sides and the chicken isnt even eatable, I will not have him pick it up for me again

8/1/25 6 pm …I am out $16. My food wasn’t edible. The chicken was so dry.. like it sat there for hours.. under a lamp.
I couldn’t eat it. I’m a nurse who bought it for a 12 hr shift. It had no flavor.
The cashier was indifferent 😐 and dismissive. Won’t return… seriously- don’t bother..

Ordered the double mashed meal online, I was very pleased with the service and the cleanliness of kfc, open my food at home the chicken was burnt and greasy and it had the smallest drum stick I have ever seen. I have been to several other kfc but none like the one in lawton. This is why the parking lot is empty

For $11, I received the two smallest pieces of chicken I've ever seen, a tiny bit of potatoes with gravy, one dry biscuit and a drink. The drink was the best part. Will not be going back.

It should not take three times as long to get my food when I order in house as it does going through the drive. When that man brought our food to the counter he didn't even call out whose it was no napkins no silverware and we got an eight piece meal.

I was impressed by the hot fresh food and service I reviewed at KFC. My chicken was juicy and tender. Biscuits by Arthur were fresh and moist. I recieved everything I asked for. Willy has great customer service and is always laughing. I'm looking forward to my next visit. Oh and the pot pies are outstanding.

I ordered food 15 minutes before getting to the store on the mobile app, so that I could swing through the drive thru as I was in a hurry. Once I arrived in the drive thru I was told that I could not pick up my order in the drive thru and had to park and go inside. This is absurd in these times, I have ordered from other KFC locations and never had to go inside to pick up my order. I think this location is just lazy and so not want to provide customers with the service that they deserve.
