The worst dining experience EVER. Unfortunately this is where my mom wanted to go for her birthday. Hostess was rude. Bartender didn’t know how to make lemon drop or a ranch water. Ordered a fat tire and instead of changing out the keg he said they were out. Floor was disgusting and bathroom was unusable with blood on the toliet seats. Rice taste like plastic, carrots were old and the steak lack seasonings and was over cooked. Hibachi chef didn’t do the onion volcano nor did he write anything with egg on the flat top. The ginger dressing was the worst I ever had. Don’t waste your time or money just go to Texas Roadhouse next door. Trust ! This is not a true Hibachi spot it a fake

Several people had talked up this restaurant and the only thing it delivered was disappointment.
The sushi was lifeless and flat in flavor profile. Almost no presentation in plating the sushi. Also when I was about 3 peices deep on one roll I found 2 that had hair in them and I've never seen a hairy fish.
The servers seemed pleasant enough but couldn't even tell us what rolls were what when they were brought out and completely forgot one of them. They were all really young so I can chalk that up to inexperience but I wouldn't expect to feel cared for at this establishment.
TLDR Go literally anywhere else with your money.

I was told the wait was a hour which was fine me and my family waited over a hour still haven’t got seated. The staff was rude. The girl said the party was not here that’s why we were not seated.the food was mediocre. Customer service terrible. Overall don’t wait your money here. Texas Roadhouse is next door you’ll get your moneys worth there.

Pay attention to your receipt. They now add gratuity into the bill. Don't force people to tip and don't do it without them knowing. Bad for business. The place needs to close for at least a good week so they can really deep clean everything. We used to love coming here but it's just not like it was before.

Overpriced, took long to be seated. Resulted in very bad food poisoning, and the food was cold. The steak was chopped up and put in rice, rather than given as an entire serving. Sushi fell apart easily, and little ginger was provided. One person's food was given far earlier than the other, with overall very long wait times for food. Had three different people come as my server.

Took my grandsons and our son out to eat. Food was good. Service was good. Price has become outrageous. We were planning to pay the entire meal but the cost had doubled and my son chipped in half. Broke my heart. We won't on be back due to the price. Also bathrooms were nasty and dirty.
Love the food but depends on the cook! Some of them dont care and dont really give you a show , and the waiters and waitress always take forever for everything !

Sub standard hibachi and sushi. We had to find our own napkins and waited for silverware / chopsticks until well after our apps were served. Gyoza and spring rolls were overcooked. Sushi was ok at best. I don't recommend the bulgogi sushi roll. The best of all of the entire meal was the tuna sashimi. It is pretty hard to mess up a slice of tuna. Cosmopolitan was awful in the way of vodka cranberry, not a cosmo.... waitress was not attentive to service and spent most of her time at the bar. Soup and salad were served after the entree arrived from Hibachi after she was reminded that we hadn't received them yet. The dining area was completely empty.

Chris did a great job cooking and keeping us entertained! Highly recommend asking for him. Food was pricey for what we got.
