This was my first time to Long John silver's and it was excellent! And the customer service was excellent my husband wanted some of the malt vinegar and they sold him a bottle a whole bottle for $4! Made him the happiest man ever!!! That's all he's been talking about for like a year now was the vinegar! I'm not sure of the man's name that waited on us but to me in my book everyone needs a raise! We both rang the bell!!! ?
It cost me $63 to feed my family of 4. The plates were smaller and there's less food on the plates. I also don't bring your orders out to you anymore you have to come get them when they call your name. Last time (over a year ago. It's an hour and a half away) it cost us $42 which I already thought was way too much but I love the food. Too bad I can't afford to go back. You really let me down Long John's ?.
The lady at drive thru took my money and walked away and my food was sitting on the counter. I waited 5 more minutes and was going to call the store. This little guy came over and ask if I needed anything he ask what wanted showed him receipt. He said okay he turned around and got my food. If he hadn't come to the window there is no telling how long I would have been setting there
