Terrible experience! We a party of 4 went prior to going on the polar express and the food came out at different times. My four year old received her food last at least 15-20 minutes after I received my food with my 7 year old receiving her food second to last about 10 minutes after I removed mine(they had chicken fingers and a taco). I was not rude but told the manager I was irritated and explained why, he responded with have some respect I’m listening. Yet failed to do anything...read full review
Terrible food I don’t know who told this people that was Mexican food the beans looked like water and the enchiladas were terrible being from Texas the food from here is a disgrace shouldn’t even be called Mexican food
Food was as expected, as always, delicious 😋 but our server needs more training. We were a large reserved group and one of us never received our meal , when we asked her about bringing large to go cups for our toddlers she responded by saying “ I took it among myself to bring large cups so I wouldn’t have to serve a million times” our 4 year old had a hard time lifting large drinks.
