On 1/27/2024 at 6:42 PM I placed an order, Order #161, for pickup. I was given an estimated ready time of 7:02 PM. I arrived at Marcos at 7:01 PM. While sitting in my vehicle, there were several people in the dining area waiting for their orders. One person appeared to be an Uber Eats driver. At 7:05 PM, I entered Marcos and proceeded to the front register and checked in.

We ordered dinner tonight after six. We ordered the same thing as usual. I had a thin crust, pepperoni pizza with Italian sausage, supposed to be extra sauce my hubby had the pepperoni magnifico with mushrooms extra sauce. Our food didn’t come until 840. Second time to order on line and when I get there NO PIZZA ,, the order was never received per the person at window. Well Pizza Hut got your business. I believe this was the last time for us, really is disappointing. It seems the order went to the store other side of town, they need to cancel the order, its 40 + miles round trip for us. To far, need to fix internet site .
